The pedicure packages include a lot, and I felt like the pricing was fair for everything that was offered. Definitely good value. They were super busy when I went, so I did have to wait for a bit. I wish when you made an appointment they had someone ready but I'm also used to that at nail places, this one is better than others. I'd just recommend making an appointment to avoid the wait being worse.

Jayla W. 6/11/2026…read more(9:30 AM ENCOUNTER ) I originally went in for a pedicure and selected a blue color for my toes. The nail tech, Ruby, forgot the color I chose and painted them the wrong color. Because I was rushing to another appointment, she told me to come back the very next day and she would fix it. When I called to schedule the correction, Ruby wasn't there, so I made an appointment for 9:00 AM the following morning. Today, I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes because she was late. During that time, the owner/manager came over, looked at my toes, took photos, and explained they had already been having issues with Ruby. Because I had already been inconvenienced by having to return for a mistake that was not mine, take additional time away from work, and then wait over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, I asked the owner if acrylic could be added to my big toenails at no charge as a gesture of goodwill for everything I had been put through. The owner agreed and instructed Ruby to do it. That is when the situation escalated. Instead of accepting the owner's decision and taking accountability for the original mistake, Ruby became argumentative and confrontational with me. At that point, my frustration was no longer about the color itself. It was about the repeated inconvenience, lack of professionalism, being late to a scheduled appointment, and being met with resistance and excuses rather than a sincere effort to correct the situation. The issue could have been resolved professionally, but Ruby's attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility turned a simple correction into an unnecessarily negative experience. I also want to be fair in my review. I previously had my fingernails done by Austin, and I will absolutely give credit where it is due his nail work is beautiful, and I was always happy with the quality of his services. However, I did have an experience where I felt he was unnecessarily rude to both my mother and me, and that interaction ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can acknowledge the quality of his work, customer service and professionalism are equally important to me as a paying customer.( Fortunate for me I do have this whole encounter voice recorded so that I was able to go back ACCURATELY create this HORRIBLE review! ) The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The workstations, floors, and overall appearance of the shop were consistently kept neat during my visits. Cleanliness was never an issue, and I appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a professional environment for customers. Stylist Review for Ruby: Ruby was the original technician who did my pedicure and unfortunately my experience with her was disappointing. She painted my toes SUPER SLOPPY the wrong color after I had clearly selected a different one and asked me to come back the next day to correct her mistake. SHE Never showed up the day she told me to come in to correct her mistake . When I returned for my scheduled appointment, she arrived over 30 minutes late. What was most frustrating was that instead of taking accountability for the inconvenience and mistake, she became argumentative when the situation was being addressed. Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled, and unfortunately that was lacking during my experience. Review for the Owner/Manager: I appreciate that the owner ultimately tried to make the situation right. At first, there seemed to be some hesitation when I requested acrylic on my big toes as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience of having to return, missing work time, and waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, after reviewing the situation and recognizing everything that had occurred, the owner reconsidered and approved the request. While the experience should never have reached that point, I do appreciate that management eventually listened to my concerns and attempted to provide a reasonable resolution. Review for Austin: Austin is very talented when it comes to nails, and I want to give him full credit for the quality of his work. My fingernails always looked great, and I was consistently happy with the results. Unfortunately, I had an experience where I felt he was rude and dismissive toward both my mother and me, which ultimately led me to stop booking with him. While I can't fault his skills as a nail technician, customer service is just as important as the service itself. If professionalism and communication had matched the quality of his work, I would likely still be a client today.

I don't like to leave one star reviews, but this was my first time here and I was very disappointed…read morewith the lack of service. I made an appointment the day before for 10am, arrived at 9:59 and checked in. Waited 15 minutes while they started two other clients, not sure if they had an appointment or not. When I made my appointment I saw that there wasn't a lot of scheduled appointments in the books so, I thought that getting helped on time wouldn't be an issue. I waited 15 minutes before they sat me down and put my feet in the water to sit around for another 15 minutes. By now I realized that I wouldn't be able to get both services completed before I needed to leave. During this time, two other ladies walked in and were also waiting, but I found out later they were walk-ins. Another lady walked in after I had been waiting for 30 minutes, looking to be a walk-in, but they said it was gonna be a while because there were people waiting, so she was trying to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. I ended up getting up and gathering my stuff and told the lady that she could have my appointment since I had been sitting around for 30 minutes with nothing happening. I looked at the lady who had scheduled my appointment the day before and who had checked me in the day of and she gave me no response. I went out to my car and the lady ended up making an appointment and following me out. Just asked what happened and I explained the situation and she had told me that most people were walk-ins for this establishment. Also the other two women that were waiting left shortly after I did and I asked if they had an appointment, but they said that they were also walk-ins. I don't understand why you would take an appointment and not honor it. There is a reason for appointment, mainly so we can keep our schedules for the day. After seeing the empty books and being told that most people are walk-ins, I believe the two ladies they helped before me were also walk-ins (not verified), and ended up taking my reserved time. It's very frustrating at the lack of professionalism with businesses nowadays. Nothing was done to honor my appointment, nothing was said when I voiced that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing will be done because I am just one person. I am not telling you, whether you should or should not use this company for any service, I am just providing a rating of my experience. I have a place that I normally go to, but it is 30 minutes away and they are fantastic. Looks like I need to go on here and give them a rating too to show how much I appreciate the service I received from them. Looking forward to a reply.

We had appointments for three of us and the staff provides a wonderful experience for both pedicures and manicures. I had the Spa Pedicure and it was (as of 11/20/22) $30. A great price for a soak, sugar exfoliation, hot stone with a hot towel, and organic lotion. I finished with the regular polish as well. I may upgrade to the gel polish next time for $15 more. I, personally, added on reflexology for 10 minutes at $15. It was such a nice and relaxing treatment and really invigorated my feet. I will be back for additional reflexology sessions in the near future. I finished with a regular manicure. Again, I received a hot towel and lotion before having manicure completed. Price was $20. I will probably upgrade to gel next time I'm in. Overall, this place is very clean and staff super friendly. I will be back very soon and love all the options. I liked the idea of picking my color from my spa chair and having to go to a wall to look at all the colors as in salons past. I'm including pictures of the pretty pink color for both feet and hands. Great job on color and shaping.

Unfortunately, my last visit changed my opinion completely. When I asked about a nail design, the manager gave me a look that made me feel judged and unwelcome, as if I couldn't afford the service I was requesting. It's listed on the website, I was fully awareThe interaction was uncomfortable, dismissive, and disrespectful. As one of the very few Mexican customers I've seen in the salon, the experience left me wondering if I was being treated differently. Whether that was the intention or not, that's exactly how it felt. I've spent years and thousands of dollars on self-care services and have never left a salon feeling so judged. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and recommending that my friends and family do the same. People may forget a manicure, but they don't forget how you made them feel. Btw- I paid 155.88 plus gave each nail tech a 20$ tip- $200 for nails and toes and horrible treatment! Beware!

They have done way with all of the OPI product line and are using a new brand that I can't remember the name of. It seemed to offer the same wide range of colors and the product is still on my nails nearly a month later. The pedicure chairs seem to be new. They have the remote control built into the arm rest for a relaxing back massage. I like that you can control this yourself. They start with the pedicure and then move you to a desk like table where you get your manicure. Afterwards, you are directed to a drying table for both your toes and fingernails. I always wish that they would do my manicure first so that my fingernails have time to dry while I'm getting my pedicure. I'm much more likely to ruin my fingernails upon leaving than I am my toenails. Prices here are reasonable and they have a menu that you can peruse to find the combination of services that will meet your needs. Most include a light massage. I would definitely return. I do recommend booking appointment in advance so that you are seen right away, especially if you have more than one person in your party. They will take walk-ins, but you may have to wait for service.

Would not recommend. Absolutely debated even writing this review…read more I've been here twice both times gel pedi first time w/ acrylic overlay and second with full acrylic set. First experience was good, good vibe good people just quiet and sitting on there phones. Pedi was good acrylic overlay was okay it chipped after 4 days which I thought maybe was normal for acrylic overlay. (It was my first time ever getting that service from anyone and I requested it wouldn't be that thick, so I can understand chipping if it's from that) Second time pedi was okay the lady Anna was just a bit scared to cut my toe nails which I had to request she cut shorter twice cause they were still long. Then comes the part straight from hell. I was handed off to Trish. Automatically I tried to be nice to my respective service provider who seemed like she could care less about being there. I showed her my design and she already looked pissed, like I interrupted her show. She takes pictures of my inspo and get started, cool. I'm quiet not much to say to someone who looks like she doesn't even wanna be working much less talk to a stranger, so i compliment her sample nails which OMG off design alone 1000/10. And she just brushes me off which okay maybe she's working I think to myself (I had also arrived after a 5hr trip so I didn't feel like talking either which was okay with me, I just don't know if it made her feel like I was being rude which was not my intent) Halfway through my base which was beautiful, I tell her it's bomb! A good base means a good set to me... once again 0 absolutely and I mean ZERO REACTION out of her not even a fake retail smile!! Then while she's doing my design she says "this is a detailed design" which told me okay, she does not want to do my nails and this is exactly why she's acting like that. And that's not even the freaking complaint!! The complaint is she couldn't even put a clear coat on to save her life! She mustve been so ready to get me out of her chair cause her clear coat didn't even cover to the top edge of my nail. It literally DID NOT EVEN COVER MY FREAKIN NAIL! LEAVING MY EXPENSIVE DESIGN EXPOSED AND MY METALLIC POWDER CAUSING IT TO FADE. IN TWO DAYS! Bro TWO DAYS FOR $105 and I gave $10 tip SOLELY FOR HER DESIGN WORK, I was debating on not even giving tip in the first place that attitude was so bad! When I got back to California I had to go to my local shop and get clear coat put on for an additional $10. Which has led me to a rock and a hard place. Now my freaking clear coat is chipping and ruining my $100 nails that I got done on Saturday 11/1. Like crazy work!!!!! My nails were incomplete and I didn't realize till Monday while looking at my nails in full sunlight where I saw the clear coat didn't even fully cover my nail. Like I wish so bad I could get my money back, I hadn't gotten my nails done in SIX MONTHS! And finally bit the bullet to get my $100 set and boom! A set from HELL! STRAIGHT FROM HELL!!! I give her credit where credit is due! She is so talented but she needs to work on that attitude respectfully. As someone who works in retail and a service provider as well treating customers like this is absolutely not acceptable! Whenever I have experiences like this it definitely puts me in my place, but I truly feel for people that have to experience this from her daily. Buyer beware. Quality is most definitely NOT THERE. Really wishing I would've just saved my money and came to my nail lady in California. (Pictures show chipping of clear coat after having to get additiycoat put on, also shows where original clear coat is and had to get an additional layer on top which) A Hail Mary resulting from this would be if half of my $180 that was spent there which of course just my luck in cash!!! Would be returned. And the only reason both my mom and I paid I cash was BECAUSE THEY HAVE SIGNS SAYING THEY GIVE "cash discount" and that "everything has a card price and cash price" just to not get that LMFAOO, don't publicly post something you're not gonna honor!! She was able to rip off the pinky, which caused damage to my nails. Got to the ring finger, and ripped a good chunk of my nail off. Both nails were bleeding and are hurting, so that's fun. After finally realizing, maybe I shouldn't do this, she went to file them down with her machine. No soak off whatsoever, which is what was originally requested. So I still have acrylic left over, which won't come off until I pay for another soak off or let them grow out. Ladies if you're just going for a soak off, I would not recommend. I probably could have done this at home for free and without damaging my nails!
