I have come here a couple times before giving them a review. The salon is tucked away towards the back corner. The staff is always so nice and helpful. The salon is clean and not much of a wait. If there is they let you know which is nice instead of having you sit there saying soon and nothing. To me this has been one of the best places to get pedicure. They are so good and affordable. They sold their company to someone else and the decline in everything is distasteful. Theres a little girl just staring at the customers while picking her noseThey had me waiting while I booked an appointment. Extremely unprofessional and the prior owner would never allow the shop to be disgraced this way. To top it off, I got short acrylics. Typically my sets were $45 with a longer acrylic... yet they charged me 160! I asked the lady why she charged me so much, and she just stuttered and made up excuses and stated my nails were "long". Below is a picture of the nails so you can see how short and basic they were. Im deeply ashamed to see the downfall of this place and I suggest management takes into consideration how bad they are handling the business. I've been here twice now after discontinuing going to a popular nail salon down the road. Lynn is the best! She can help with ingrowns and does the best pedicure. The man who owns the salon did my dip powder French manicure and it lasted for a month! I don't usually get manicures but they did a fantastic job. I have been in about 5 times now and I will provide the good and the not so good and highlight my most recent experience which holds the most weight regarding my rating. Pros: -friendly staff especially the owner (first row first seat) and the woman who seems to be 2nd in charge (sits behind owner, second row first seat) -they always get me in as a walk in without making me wait very long -relaxing, you will not get anyone overly chatty Cons: -while it can be relaxing to come here, it's also unusually quiet each time i have visited. This may not be a con for some but it's always SO quiet that if you say one single thing to a tech or to the person you're with, everyone in the salon will hear you. I took a friend to get pedicures once and we had to practically whisper for everyone in the salon to not hear us. There was not ONE other conversation happening in the entire salon -small. It's pretty tiny in here so it does feel a bit cramped and as mentioned, makes it hard to have any privacy if you come in with someone and want to chat amongst yourselves -friendliness. While i mentioned some of the staff is very friendly, some won't talk at all. My most recent experience included. -quality. The quality has been mostly good but a few experiences being meh and my most recent one being not great Now to my most recent experience: i had a tech (2nd row all the way to the right) who was chosen to remove my full set and provide a gel mani and a gel pedi. Simple right? Wrong! This took THREE HOURS. She started by drilling some of the top layer of the dip powder and tips off (this took over 30 mins just for this) and then wrapped my nails with acetone and covered with tin foil.. all normal stuff. ...but she then put my nails in surgical gloves and she said she will get started on my pedicure while my nails soak in the acetone and she left my hands completely unusable. I figured she would take the tin foil off during the pedicure but she LEFT THEM ON the entire pedicure which took over an hour. I couldn't text on my phone, read on my kindle app, could barely answer when my Fiance called. The pedicure took so long and all she had to do was remove the gel, put on new gel, and a few extra services as part of the deluxe package. I have had this service done here numerous times and it never has taken that long. Finally at the end i had to ask her to please remove the tin foil as i need to go to the restroom. She just took off the tin foil without wiping all off the goo on my hands and told me "just handle it in the bathroom" I get back out and she was ready to start on my nails. This took ANOTHER HOUR. At this point the acrylic was already off so she just needed to shape my nails, do the cuticles, and put on the gel. I have no clue why it took so long but she was just moving at a sloth's pace. Finally, i get outside and see that each one of my nails looks horrible. The color on each nail is completely splotchy and some nails are darker than others. Moreover, she didn't even put the gel down to my cuticles and the sides on some of the nails are missing color altogether. Lastly, both of my middle finger nails have cracked 2 days later!! Photos attached. I do know that if the gel polish is old or expired it can crack or peel.. and it seemed like she was using the very end of the bottle she kept shaking it upside down trying to get more out of it. The other reason for the nails are already cracking could be from the uneven application she did. I paid $110 before tip for what should have been a simple mani and pedi and instead i wasted a third of my day for poor quality nails. I always feel bad for writing negative reviews but when you pay good money to get poor quality and service, it's just not right. Unfortunately i probably won't be returning. While some of the staff is friendly and they get me in quickly, the overall atmosphere and quality of the services does not encourage me to return. Sad day. read more

Nearly 4 years in the area and I think I may have found my nail salon. The salon is clean and the employees are lovely. Some speak English, which is nice. The massage chairs are nice. I like the fact there aren't a million settings. My leg massage was fantastic but I hate that they set an alarm to startling tell you your massage is over. I wish they wouldn't do that. Wear a watch or look at a clock. I have a janky toe nail and the technician cranked out the ingrown part and it feels so much better. The polish was just ok. Slopped on my toe and cuticle. She was lovely though. I will definitely go back. I may also mention the timer. It really is off putting. read more

The places is VERY cute and everyone there was extremely nice. HOWEVER!!! I picked a $48 pedicure but was told no no, do this one. (The volcano one) it was me and my cousin so we thought ok let's splurge. It was like $62 I think. I told the lady the color I wanted which was a dark maroon color for fall. Told her the number and showed her the color, told her I wanted regular polish not gel. I ended up with gel and a gray color. I didn't say anything because I wasn't upset with the color, but didn't realize it was gel until it was too late and I felt bad speaking up. Anyways our total for 2 pedicures ended up costing me $192. Cut my toes so short they all hurt. I can't see myself going there again. read more

New ownership. Pedicure today was not great. She didn't scrub my feet and only massaged my legs. I had to ask her to scrub my feet. she did not file the tops of my toes. it was kind strange actually. I am all about cleanliness and they were particular in the work they did. From the salon clran to the tools (nippers, towels, brushes). They work as a team and took me in without an appointment. They were kind, made recommendations that made sense to me such as dip powder method for finger french tip. Ann did great! And second Flower helped my need to remove callus and she did work it through like 4 times since i said i needed to have smoother and healtheir heel, the tech did great to smooth my heels and she massaged well. This is my first time in there as I walked in everybody seemed to be shocked to see a man walk in to get a pedicure. I found it kind of odd that they didn't put any solution in the water to first clean my feet, As she started to give me my pedicure her and the lady next to her both started talking to each other in Mandarin, which I found to be very rude . She seems to not care and didn't take her time, she looked around the whole time she was giving me the pedicure. She barely scrubbed my feet. The whole purpose of me being in there was because the bottom of my feet were dry and rough. I had to tell her to go back and keep scrubbing my feet because she barely took any time and then when I got done, my toenails were sharp and My feet were still rough. read more

I have gone here several times with my daughter for pedicures, and they've always been accommodating and kind.

Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal customer since August at this location and I recently had my nails done not even one week later and they started cracking. I went back and the service was great they offered to fix it for me. I decided to change the dip powder instead. They lady who did my nails was the worst she was very rough and even cut me with her tool. She finished her work and I asked why my nails were not shiny and why they were rough. Her response was that I was more natural and just put oil on my nails. This was not okay I explained to the manager who was great and said she would fix it but honestly I didn't have another 30 mins to spare in there I was already there for an hour and a half! They lost a customer here, this should have never happened in the first place! So I wanted to give an update on the situation, I was contacted by the shop manager Tammy who was really great and asked me to please return so she can fix my nails. With hesitation I decide to do it but she did make it right and my nails look really good now. However this situation should've never happened to begin with. I understand the circumstances that the employee was new But it doesn't make it right what happened. I had to leave work early not once but twice because of this mistake. If I do go back I will definitely be seeing Tammy only. read more

I scheduled an appointment through Yelp, and the business promptly responded. Their communication is very good, confirming a date and time for both a manicure and pedicure. I was greeted upon arrival, and had the pedicure first, and then the manicure. I liked their many nail color selections available, and chose a hot pink for the toes, and a clear with sparkle for the fingers. The massage chair was wonderful! Their equipment is current and kept up. The salon is very clean. the manicure was $25 and the pedicure was $30. I don't have my nails done often, maybe once a year, as I do it myself, and this was a treat. I didn't get her name, but she was very good, pleasant and respectful. I haven't had my nails done in so long! This place was highly recommended by women I work with and I'm so glad that I went. I was just a random walk in on a Friday evening and they got me in within 14 minutes and the girl doing my nails was super gentle. My hands are really sensitive and seems like every time I get my nails done, my cuticles get nipped in the process... But not this time! And the guy doing the nails next to us kept looking over to see how it was going and complimenting on how he loved the color. It was just a really good and relaxing experience.
