The women working were having a nice chit chat with eachother which I could not understand and would constantly stop doing my nails to talk, then talk to other customers. Someone in there had a baby walker, a full size baby bed and a 1 year old that had just learned to walk and was running all over the place which made everyone laugh and at first was very cute but eventually got out of control when the baby realized it was the main attraction screaming at the laughter then fussy. You can imagine the noise. I Iove babies but this is a business not a daycare. I should have just walked out, but it would look stupid to leave with a few tips on my hands. I was in there 5 hours with an appointment while other walk in customers came and went! I never said a word and didn't leave a tip. I just received a disgusted look from the person that took so long. I asked for a trim as my nails where long and boy did she cut them off. I wasn't really happy with the finished product... could just be the color or even the shape after cutting off. My nails don't look just done, they look says old. She complimented my nails before we started afterwards I don't think I'll get compliments from anyone. She has macular degeneration so navigating the chair, picking out the color, and general Regal Rules were already frustrating. She was scolded from the very beginning for the way she handled the color swatch. The lady said she "bent it" and "ruined her stuff." My mom can't open a jar without assistance so there is no way she could have bent a plastic nail tip. The lady had no patience with her. Finally, I'd had enough and I said we were leaving well before their liking because we received another scolding. Said we must "sit for one hour." This lady (who I believe was a manager of some sort) was rude, impatient, and gave my mom one of the worst pedicure paint jobs I've ever seen which I will be redoing. She has absolutely no business working with the public and most certainly not an elderly patron. Spend your money elsewhere.

Then I had asked for a soak off on my nails ; and new tips to be put on. Instead of soaking them off ; they wanted to pry them off!
