I called and made an appointment surprisingly next day. Being pregnant has made it difficult to reach past my stomach for many things, specifically my feet especially during third trimester. It wasn't too far from home, so the commute was short, which was nice. Walking in, I was welcomed and I let them know I had an appointment. All the ladies were occupied and assisting other patrons. I took my time choosing the nail color - went through like 6-7 choices. Ended up going with a green color and surprisingly thought it was fate that it was named "Dragon Scale." I'm expecting this year - which is the year of the wood dragon. So anything dragon kind of catches my eye. After a few minutes, I was motioned to one of the massage chairs. They gave me a laminated menu which listed the options. I went with the classic pedicure, getting a sea salt scrub and callus removal. It was nice to get massages on the legs and also the callus filed away. Along with the nails being cut - they were growing quite long and getting caught on things such as blankets. The ladies at the salon were sweet and welcoming. We made small talk and I learned a bit about one of their past pregnancy experiences. Overall I had a really good time as it has been a long while since I have been out socializing. The service was $33, and besides credit card and cash, they also take venmo. I would come again. Came back for a change. Been getting gel mani's for a bit. (Always come for my gel pedis ) but decided to switch it up and get a full set. Jenny did not disappoint. Got a regular (non-gel) polish change on Saturday, which was my first time coming here. I have never received such a PERFECT polish job... ever!! My nails look like they belong in an advertisement photo! And 4 days later, they still look as flawless as if I have gel. Updating: Jenny reached out and was able to identify the issue based on my photos. There was some leftover Gel X residue causing the bumps and she was quickly able to get me in to fix my nails. This is my first time coming to this location. It's a hidden gem in the back of a shopping center. Family owned/family oriented nail shop. They pride themselves in great customer service above all. Trust me, I heard it for myself. A client that got a pedicure while I was there called in after she left & stated she no longer liked the color. She asked if she can come back in to change it. The shop owner Jenny told her to come back in to get it changed free of charge! All of the staff is very welcoming & they joke around w/ you as if you're family! The nail shop is pretty small but mighty. It is very clean & I've witnessed them sanitizing between every customer. They have a private wax room in the back for all your wax/facial needs. Moving on to my nails... I set up an appointment w/ Noy @3:30pm. I was seen at that time on the dot exactly. She began my acrylic overlay which came out perfect. She was very quick, efficient, & careful not to cut me. I was not disappointed w/ the outcome & it's everything I wanted! After my overlay, we waited on a seat to begin my pedicure. I choose the premium pedi which came w/ the works! Nothing felt rushed & the massages felt amazingggg. I didn't feel like she skimped me for any of my time. LOL. I also love the shape she made my toenails. They were short & square just as I like. Definitely recommend NOY 10/10! Will be going back. As far as parking, it is shared w/ a small plaza. The nail shop is in between a bar & a hair salon. The bar has a lot of patrons that take a majority of the parking. But there are plenty of open parking & you're bound to find a spot as soon as you arrive. Not somewhere you need to drive around & wait for someone to leave. Which is always a plus because I hate having to deal w/ parking. read more

This is my first time at this little nail salon. A quaint spa with a friendly staff. I called in and the young woman let me know that they were able to take me in right away. My nail specialist was quiet but efficient. She really cleaned up my cuticles and did a fantastic work on my gel nails. The massage was really once too. Would recommend this place. This is a hidden gem in Rancho Bernardo. I was immediately greeted with an incredibly warm welcome from Jenny. She took the time to make sure I was happy with each and every nail. I have never had someone so meticulous with my nails and I was so appreciative. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I hoped for and "nailed" it. No pun intended. I wanted pink white and glitter nails and boy she delivered. Jenny truly cares about making sure you're happy. I have never been happier in my life with a pedicure and a fill. I just moved here on Monday from Murrieta. I was so sad to leave the salon I had gone to for so long and. afraid I wouldn't find anyone as good as the people at my old salon. I found this salon here on Yelp and thought I would give it a try because it was the closest to my home and it got great ratings. I'm so glad I did! When I first walked in I was warmly welcomed by Jenny, the owner. My appointment was at 4:00 and they started with my pedicure at about 4:20. Not bad wait at all. Julie did a 'dry pedicure' because I was afraid to soak my feet due to an injury. My toes look amazing! She took her time. Actually I was happy anyway because it's been so hot and didn't really want to soak my feet in hot water. But she was so good. Nikki did my fill. OMG....her attention to detail and really listening to what you want was so refreshing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it but even better. And, to top it all off, I've never had so much fun just talking and laughing with all the ladies and other customers while getting my nails done. It wasn't a stuffy salon either. I usually would be in the area to workout but I got injured and decided to treat myself to some self care time instead. I love the fact that they do honor their appointment on time instead of making me wait around 15+ mins. The nail tech Nikki (didn't catch her name) did an amazing job. I was in RB for an event and needed to get my nails done. When I called, the ladies got me in the next day at 9am which was perfect!! Nice small clean nail salon. They only have a couple workers but everyone is really nice and welcoming. Started off good and ended on a bad note :/ she had spent a lot of time with the shape... but she didn't use any nude/pink for the base in my French manicure... which shows all the imperfections from the nail bed/bubbles in acrylic below..the gel clear polish encased my cuticle and the nail polish was applied SUPER uneven. My nails underneath are already separating from the acrylic. I asked her to make the French thin; but she didn't get the point :/ $74 for this was absurd. I will not be back.. read more

I started going to Beauty by Dolly back in college because a friend swore by Faranak for eyebrow…read morethreading, and honestly I haven't let anyone else near my brows since for the past several years! She's insanely good at what she does as she pays attention to the shape of your face instead of doing the same brow on everyone, and the result always looks clean and even without looking overdone. I always walk out feeling like a brand new person. The other thing is she's super genuine and kind. She remembers you, asks how you're doing, and is warm with everyone who comes in -- it never feels rushed or transactional. I always look forward to my appointments because of her.
