My friend and I were able to get a same day appointment. I got a pedi and my friend got a mani and a pedi. My experience overall was great and the lady who did my nails was nice and friendly. She spent a good amount of time massaging my legs and feet and I didn't feel she rushed through my appointment. The salon is clean and tidy. Then I remember there is a nail salon on grant ave in novato - hawaiian nails. They have a big sign that says walk- ins welcome. I go in & there are no other customers. weird. So the whole time I'm trying to figure out WHY there are no customers. Figured it out: the place is kind of messy & depressing; the music in the background is elevator music; the 3 employees were like zombies-not nice, no smiles ,no talking.
