I wanted to give this place a second chance but my nails are ruined. I did sns on my natural nails which is what I've been doing for years and the sns is actually peeling and breaking off.... Which defeats the purpose of it, my nail already broke and the last time I broke a nail it literally broke in half... Definitely don't recommend! read more

Awesome staff!!!! I normally don't get tips, but I decided to try something different. The salon up the street wanted to charge me $80 for tips and a pedicure, so I ended up here. It was near closing, so I sensed a little hesitation when I went to sign in, ( I have to stop doing things at the last min ), but Jennifer made a decision to go ahead and work me in. Jennifer was very nice, and personable. Allowed my son to come back and take a seat near me since the shop was practically empty at this point. She agreed to do my nails only, My tips turned out nice, I was charged $23 for my acrylic tips, ( plus the tip ). she did a great job...... I would recommend this place, but you will have to call ahead and schedule an appointment with Jennifer, she did let me know for future reference she works by appointment only. read more

I'm start by saying shops like this really shouldn't be open. I went in Saturday 2/24 for a mani & pedi. My pedicure was over and done in 19 minutes. I was in disbelief at how rushed they were doing pedicures. I can confirm they don't sanitize tools & my pedicure was so rushed my gel on my toes did not cure all the way. My manicure was the same rushed job. Cut cuticles, buffed nails & painted. I was in there a total of 47 minutes. I've never had a pedicure be done in less than 30-40 min. The lady also wanted to use a drill to buff my nails on a manicure. I told her that's the reason I don't wear acrylic bc I don't want my nail beds thinned down. Also, my nails are not even. One hand the nails are longer than the other. I would never return to this shop or recommend it. I got home & my toes looked like I had matte polish bc they didn't cure the top coat long enough. I also saw 2 roaches. I'd be too scared of catching a fungus here. read more

I would give absolutely ZERO stars if possible. There is NO reason my nails should look like this--my nails started chipping the first few days that I got them done and this continues to happen (damaging my real nails) everyday. I was sick, so I could not get to the shop sooner, but when I did arrive two weeks later I was met with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and ZERO RESPONSIBILITY! I was given every excuse in the book and was told it's time to get them done again--NO IT IS NOT! I have been getting SNS nails for years and never have I ever experienced such damage and breakage on nail after nail. I really wanted to like this shop, but the quality of the nails and service has turned me completely away. Maybe, just, maybe that's why it's always so empty in there. And, when I told them I would be leaving this review she said something bad gone happen to me--first of all, I'm a child of God, can't do bad luck word curse do anything to me and secondly, what I'm sharing is the truth. The nail service is horrible and the customer service is worst. My money will go where I'm treated fairly. An apology and even to offer a discount on my next service could have went a long way and they could have kept a customer. Take heed to this review. Tammy normally does my nails but she has not been at the nail salon the past few months. I believe she quit. Vi did my nails today and I asked for natural thin looking nails, squared round. First, the shaping is awful. Second, the nails are not thin so when the gel coats were applied and hardened, they look thick. I plan to never return and I would not recommend them. Cleopatra nails in Camp Creek is the ONLY nail salon that gives you exactly what you request...I'm willing to drive past every Smyrna nail salon just to get what I deserve! read more

I took my mom here for her birthday. She got a pedicure and an acrylic fill in. They continuously tried to get my mom to get gel which she never does. She kept telling them no and one lad came over to me and told me she doesn't think my mom understands her and to tell her to get gel and I said no. I got SNS removed and wanted a polish change one my toes. The lady tried to get me to get gel as well. I told her I usually do but no thanks. The OPI polish was super thin she did multiple coats and I asked for another. My nails were not done to my perfection but I paid and kept it moving. We will not return. read more

I've never had a problem with this nail salon, until today. I've been using this location for about 2.5 years, and I've always been satisfied with the work they perform. However, that completely changed today, and I will never return. I could not believe what the nail technician did right in front of me. When soaking off acrylic nails, the salon will fill a bowl full of acetone and place your fingers in it to soak for about 10 minutes. While your nails are soaking in the bowl of acetone, the acrylic on your nails starts to dissolve in the bowl. The nail technician proceeded to pour the USED acetone from my bowl back into the community bottle of acetone!! This is absolutely disgusting. Not only did she put the used acetone back into the "fresh" bottle, she also soaked the grinding tools in my bowl of acetone with my hands in it to "clean" them, and then proceeded to put them back into their case without actually cleaning them. This needs to be handled ASAP. It is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. read more

I have "tried" to get my nails done here twice. The first time I walked in and after being ignored completely I left. I knew i should of left when i walked in and didn't see any prices on the wall. I will never go back here again they are over priced and if you request one service they will force you to get something different i went in wanting a full set and she told me my nails were still good and she is going to do a fill in so i told her let's see how they look and then we can go from there, regardless if they were good or not i asked for a service don't force me to get something else because you want to rush. Then while she was doing my nails she stopped doing my nails to go take care of someone else then she came back to me. If ask them to fix a nail while they are doing your nails they give you attitude. They rushed on my nails and the guy who did my toes tried to pressure me into getting something I didn't want to get i told him i want the regular pedicure which is 20 dollars and he told me what all is done with that and that with that one they don't scrub your heel and so i went to the 25 dollar one and he kept trying to force me to get the other one and i told him no and he got mad about it. So while he was doing my toes he was taking about me and pointing to my feet laughing with the other nail tech. And in the process of seining my feet he scraped my toe hard and he didn't even apologize he just looked at me. Back to my nail tech she told me my total for my fill in was 33 and i asked her why is it so high she tells me it's 3 dollars to cut down my nails and 5 dollars to take my polish off and 10 dollars for gel polish and these prices they didn't even have on their paper she just added those in to get more money they will never receive my money again. And now it is two days later and I have an infection on two of my toes. read more

Went here for an eyebrow wax. The lady did a wonderful job and it was only $7. I only waited about 5 minutes and it was a full house. I specifically like the wax strips they use. I've gone other places that rip my skin off. I would definitely come back for a wax and maybe a pedi. The ambiance is nice but it's just so busy. Maybe I'll try to go in the morning for a more relaxing experience. read more

Very well kept salon. Most of the staff is friendly. I love Tracy & Brian. They are by far the best there!!! & the only reason I come to this salon. But the owner/manager that sits in the front Jennifer has the most disgusting attitude! She gives you a hard time with making appts & she is extremely rude & unprofessional on the phone. I have been coming to this salon since they opened. Not every 2 weeks, but often. I have even moved and still travel to come here but after today I am going to reconsider. They still have the same polish options. No fresh and new colors to pick from. They are also becoming your typical low scale salon with bad kids running around while the mother's yell from a distance to stop. I like to relax when I am paying for a salon experience not watch kids run around and fall out in the floor. They really should consider not allowing kids and get back to the nicer Smyrna salon that I once knew. read more

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I came In on Wednesday to get a fill in and pedicure which cost me $90. By Sunday 4 of my nails had broken because the nail technician made them to thin. When I came in for the 3rd time to ask for them to give me another fill in they said no. I had "old long nails" and I needed to pay the $44 again to get a new fill in. The fact that I paid $90, 3 days before and they wanted me to pay again was insane. Horrible experience .. I paid 70 dollars for my nails and toes and my nails after 2 days of having gel polish on my nails, the polish literally peeled off like paper on a few nails. So I called today to try to get them repainted and she stated "ok come today" so when I can there they were completely rude and left one of the nails that needed to be fixed undone and told me to just come back and do a full set and pay over again. I recently relocated to the area . I have been in search of a new nail salon. I ran across Nail Style while shopping at Krogers on that particular Sunday they were closed. I decided to return another day which was today . I arrived at the salon around 708 and waited outsidefor someone to join me . My company arrived around 730 pm and the salon hours door stated hours Monday -Saturday 10 to 8 and Sunday 12 to 6. The open light was still lit when I walked to open then one of the employees rudely says we are closed and then turns off the light. I can understand if you have a cutoff for last client. If so they should posted a sign but I am more turn off by the tone used. They don't have to worry about my business. This first impression madele me never want to go here.
