I've been going here for quite some time. Simply because it's close to my house and I now feel comfortable with the lady who's been doing them for years. But now I dread going there! Every time I ask for a specific set it's either we don't have that product or they can't do it!! It's 2022 not 2000 get with it get some new products! I don't want to "pick a fucking CALA" I want to be able to show you a photo and you deliver exactly what I ask for! I was also told that product is expensive and the owner doesn't care if we walk out because they can't do what we've asked! I literally went home and cried yesterday because I hate my nails so much! They are fucking crooked and have bumps! Get some younger ladies in there to do nails Not 50yr old men who have no sense of wtf today's nail styles look like! RANT OVER! read more

Hesitant to leave three stars, I've been here a few times. my first experiences were pretty good so obviously I came back, however my most recent visit I'm rather annoyed about.... I'll leave three stars as an OVERALL RATING after 4 visits. The first times I came to this salon were relatively pleasant, I was done with both pedicure and full set within reasonable time and sat down after only a short wait. Although, I did have to ask for my nails to be fixed shape wise because both hands didn't match I.e. some nails longer than others, some not shaped "coffin" but square when I asked for coffin.... and even after the fact they still didn't match, it looked so off. I also had to ask her to stop because when she was using the drill she kept nicking my cuticles. When I left I had little cuts which bothers me because I work in the medical field, I don't want to wear bandaids on all my fingers. Kind of defeats the purpose of having your nails done lol My pedicures however all three times were perfect, I wish I could remember the name of the girl who did them. Color lasted for three weeks if not longer, (I'm a mom of three, so "me" time is slim to none) just couldn't have been better. The last time I visited, I made an appointment the day before. When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes, not the biggest deal but again, I work full time and have three kids I only get so much time. The technician took a total of 30 minutes for my $45 luxury pedicure again, ok whatever I suppose everyone does things differently doesn't mean it couldn't have been his "best quality", or that he didn't honestly do his best. HOWEVER, when I got home I got a closer look. They look awful, uneven paint, nails aren't even painted to the bottom of my nail bed just a big gap....... ‍ So take it as you will, try to go when they aren't as busy so the technicians don't feel rushed? Either way I'm dissatisfied over all and won't return. Thanks but, no thanks. read more

I got the most expensive pedicure and it was alright. Massage was lacking & you would think it would come with hot wax but that was an extra charge. I wanted to use a student discount, but it doesn't work for college students??? And my sister who is in high school tried to use it but it doesn't work for high school students?? Don't waste your time and money on this place‍. Really bad service and they over charge. I asked for ombré nails and the tech clearly didn't know what that meant cause I have 2 different colors on each nail with no ombré affect. I even showed her a picture on how I wanted them. I also asked for coffin shaped nails and each nail is a different shape ‍‍ my nails also have a lot of bumps on them due to her not filling good. Made a really messy job. Will not return. I call ahead to get an appointment, and just like that, I'm in and out in about 30 minutes. My nails last for over two weeks and there is no lifting. Want an amazing pedicure? See Rose at Nail Tech. I've been to several nail salons all over California and Arizona... She is by far the best pedicurist I have ever had! I always get the luxury package for $40 or $45 and Rose always spends about an hour and a half on me... She doesn't just wash, scrub, exfoliate, treat, rub... She administers straight up therapeutic treatment, which includes reflexology and hot stones, and sometimes, she sings softly while at work. :) She also doesn't spend her time rushing, or giving off that rushing energy. I've paid the same, sometimes more, for luxury or deluxe pedicures elsewhere and the most I've received is callous treatments and a 3-5 minute half-assed massage with minimal sea salt or oil and lotion. Rose is the best and consistently so. I've been to her several times over the past few years, and the 40 minute drive to get to her is totally worth it; I won't go anywhere else, and if I move, hopefully I can convince her to come with me. My bestie usually joins me and always has the Owner, David, or his wife, do her nails. They always look amazing when we leave, and David and his wife are always so friendly, fun and freaking hilarious! We seriously just love them. :) read more

I will not give any star on this business! outside the door there's a big sign of the prices of service, $22 for spa pedicure. So I went in. The lady her name is Lee let me sit on the chair then hand me the color swatch and another booklet showing what type of service upgrade. I chose the #2 which was I thought the basic spa pedicure. I picked the color I liked "fuschia". when she applied it it was very bright orange. I asked her if that's right color she said yes. I told her if she can make it lighter, she put another coat of lighter color, but still very bright for me. When I got home I took off the nail polish and put my favorite color instead. This morning I checked my bank statement, showing a charge of $33.28 so I called them why, the woman said $22 is for student only (but it doesn't say on the sign) This business is trying to rip off customers! will never go back or recommend this business!!!!! read more

This place is SHIT!!! My friend & I both got our nails done they charge $3 extra for coffin shape but they aren't coffin. They are so unevenly shaped it's not even funny. The nail polish job sucks also. When the nail tech was doing my friends nails with the dremel he kept getting it on her skin and real nail burning her. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I took my mom here for mother's day for mani and pedis. i made an appointment the day before but they were still able to schedule me. Our appointment was at 12 and when we got there, it was so busy, but we were able to get chairs almost immediately. The service was amazing! Even though they were so busy, we didn't feel like they were rushing to take care of more customers. The two young ladies who did our nails were so careful and patient. HORRIBLE AND A COMPLETE RIP OFF! My husband, daughter, and I had pedicures done. I had said we all wanted the pedicure that was $22, so I was expecting about $66 (my daughter and I just had polish, no designs and nothing extra), but when she swiped my card, it had been charged $96 and that wasn't including a tip! So they charged us for $30ish pedicures when they had been told we wanted the $22 one. When I mentioned it she said that we had gotten the upper priced one, and I told her no that I had specifically said the $22 one. They refused to put it back on my card and charge the correct amount. Plus my polish started chipping within a week, usually pedicures will last 3 weeks on me. We will NEVER go there again! read more

I went here to get my nails done with my 2 daughters and a couple friends with their daughters also. We called in advance to let them know we'd have 6 coming in at 3pm. When we got there it didn't matter that we had made an appointment. None of us got to sit near each other, my youngest had to sit 4 chairs away from me. I had an idea of what I wanted and showed the lady the photo I found on Pinterest. She said she could do it...they're suppose do be "dragon scales". She totally rushed me and didn't even allow my nails to be under the light for the set timer. As soon as she was done painting one hand she grabbed my other one, and that's probably why the gel on my nails are already peeling off after only 3 days! I've never had gel do this before. I hate to give a bad review, I really wanted to like this place, but... no. The one star is for the sweet girl who gave me the full pedicure; she did a great job. So what about the other stars??? Well, as soon as my pedicure started, a ROACH crawled across the floor, going from stool to stool and was headed for my shoes!!!! It was one of those nasty, light brown roaches that probably don't much light. Like the other posts have said, it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. David did an amazing job on my nails, all I had to do was show him q picture and he did exactly what I wanted!
