Her catalog of work on social media was the number one reason I reached out to Kristine and I was impressed with how quickly she responded and her flexibility in making my appointment. She reached out to me beforehand to ask me some health questions that seemed very standard for a basic procedure like this and asked if I had any concerns or if I wanted to do a skin test ahead of time to check for any adverse reactions... I wasn't too worried and declined the additional skin test. When I arrived at my appointment I noticed everything in her office was clean/ sanitized and of course we wore out COVID face masks throughout the duration of the appointment. In mapping my eyebrow I noticed she was very thorough and allowed me to be collaborative on my preferred shape and size of my eyebrows. The entire appointment took less time than I anticipated but it never felt rushed and I know she took care to make sure that my eyebrows were perfectly symmetrical. She did worry me when she said tons of times my eyebrows are sisters not twins I was sent home with aftercare instructions, which I followed meticulously because I was invested in getting a great result. However, as my eyebrows went through the healing process, I noticed all the pigment scabbing off and disappearing. By the time they were fully healed, there was not a single hair stroke left. ​I reached out to the artist to let her know what happened. Her only solution was to offer the complimentary touch-up session. I explained that this wasn't a case of a few strokes fading; the entire procedure had failed, and I felt that putting my skin through it again would likely lead to the same result. ​When it became clear a touch-up was not a viable solution for me, I asked about a refund. I was told that she does not offer refunds for this service. I am now out $, the time and discomfort of the procedure and healing, with literally no results to show for it. While I understand policies, for a service that failed this completely, I believe an exception should have been made. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

The pigment did not stay in my brows and I was left with brows that were two different colors. I was told multiple different things; to let the pigment push through, people with my skin type or who bleed a lot don't get good results. I felt as though I was blamed for not having a good outcome. I followed the after care instructions very well. After months of asking if this was normal I finally got another appointment 3/18/21,which I was charged $100. I would save your money, I feel like I wasted $500. In addition, when I had my appointments, the atmosphere was unprofessional. She was taking personal phone calls throughout the appointments and at one point was talking poorly about one of her clients that another esthetician was seeing across the hall.
