I am really disappointed in my experience here. I was charged for a full service that I didn't receive...My wedding is in three days, I came in to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I brought photos in of a basic, plain, gloss pink. They didn't have that specific color but I was assured two different times that the color I showed them would be possible with a color combination. Their color combinations didn't work and due to the polish quality, it left streaks/shadows in the polish. So it looked like I did my own nails with a Walmart polish... the artist also didn't like it and removed the polish. I do not blame the artist, she tried the best she could with the quality of polish the owner had. I was still charged $40 for a pedicure and no polish though, which is the price I was given for a full service with gel polish the first time I called. The owner didn't offer any solutions or discounts which is really frustrating. Also, the pricing changed twice for the same thing. I was told $40 for gel pedicure alone on the phone, $35 in store, and some how when I told the artist I was leaving the owner said the pedicure was $40, BUT if I wanted to continue with the gel (that I didn't like) it would be $55... so really they just price it at whatever they want it seems... anyway I recommend going somewhere with a variety of color choices and quality lineup read more

I brought my mom here for her FIRST EVER pedicure, as a Mother's Day gift. I called before hand and talked to the owner. I asked specifically if they had availability for two gel pedicures at 5 pm. I wanted to make sure we could get them at the time same and spend some time together, as this was my moms first pedicure experience. She said yes. So we walk in and we are directed to our chairs and a nail tech starts getting things ready. Well, we're already into the soaking process when I realize that this ONE tech is doing BOTH of our pedicures. Yes, jumping back and forth. I was so angry but hate confrontation and we were already 15 minutes into the pedicure and I knew there were no other available staff, even if I did cause a fuss. After all said and done, we were sitting there for almost 2 hours, the pedicure was not that great of an experience because of the waiting as the tech would jump back over to do something on my mom and vice a versa. Massage was so short. Water got cold because of how broken up the service was. I was never asked if I was ok with this and can't believe the owner thought we'd be ok with this?! Paid full price for a half ass RUSHED service. Never again. I do want to add that the tech doing the service was great. Super sweet and polite. I felt bad she was put in the position to have to jump back and forth literally doing 2 pedicures at one time. Also, I am writing this 2 weeks later and my gel has a chip and looks uneven. I've never had that issue before with gel on my toes, and I get gel pedicures religiously once a month. Do not recommend. I'm still upset about this 2 weeks later. read more

Friendly enough establishment, but as I was sitting down and I saw grime and dirt in the empty tub they were wanting me to put my feet in, not yet filled with water. I left, dirty tools is the best way to get all kinds of infections and I can only assume if they aren't cleaning something so very blatant to customers, who knows how thoroughly they are cleaning behind closed doors. read more

I dropped in for pedi and gel manicure and they promptly greeted me , said they had reservations ahead of me and asked me to leave my name and number come back in an hour. They called me in an hour and said they were ready. That was so impressive that they'd take care of their customers so effectively and efficiently. It was my first visit, so I really liked the way they treat customers before I even had a service!! Vi is so nice, personable and always called me by my name. The pedicure is top notch and the gel nails were perfect! The prices were very reasonable and I'll be back to see Vi for sure. Great service, great price, clean and comfortable! read more

I have been going for years because they do an excellent job, they are affordable, and they are friendly. This is not a shop with dozens of customers coming and going while a nail technician does your nails and talks to his colleague (and not you). Nail Time is a family business. The same people are there each time. I highly recommend it for the quality of service alone, but you will enjoy getting to know them. They are the best. read more
