I had a dip manicure and a pedicure. When I arrived home I noticed my nails were rough and dull. I've had plenty of dip manicures in the last few years so I knew something wasn't right but I was a time restriction so I couldn't call them or even go back to let them know. It wasn't until the next day a few hours over 24 hours after my dip that I noticed a chip in the polish it was completely gone. I contacted the salon via Facebook Messenger and the salons response was I had to come in the very next day to get only the chip fixed. I told them that was impossibly because I wasn't available and that I could come in on Tuesday to have them redone completely. They wouldn't budge on that. They refused to fix all of my nails as the finish was poor quality. I woke up today now only 3 days post my manicure with all the cracking or chipping. They have blocked my on Facebook so I can't con at them there and they won't take my call. I'd beware of this salon. Completely unprofessional when their service is less than satisfactory. read more

I am very picky about my nail salons and technicians. This place is fabulous! It is spacious and clean and does not smell of fragrances and chemicals. Cici did my nails. She was careful and gentle. She did not over trim my cuticles, took her time and obviously takes pride in her work. The polish is smooth and not thick. I loved her work so much that I had her wax my eyebrows and put on a set of eyelashes as well! The lashes are so natural! I feel beautiful! This is definitely be my go to place for all my beauty needs! FYI: They use a new liner for every customer and sterilize their instruments. read more

I came to this nail salon for my first time ever getting acrylic nails done and it was thoroughly impressed and enjoyed my overall experience. I called in and all appointments are by appointment only you have to call so I'm glad I called ahead. The salon was not that busy which was awesome. My nail artist today was Chi and she did an amazing job on my nails, she talked to me during my visit and I had a great experienced just getting them done. The place was very clean, all the technicians wear masks; customers and associates must wash their hands upon arrival and before getting any services done. I can tell the managers, the associates, and everyone a part of the salon does a great job to keep the place safe with Covid and really takes care of its clients. I've came here get a mani-pedi a couple of times ever since they've opened and I gotta say the change in ownership is definitely a big improvement to the salon. I noticed they stopped re-using tools such as buffers, filers etc on different clients, which should never be a thing. Everybody there is so nice, welcoming and very talented in what they do, so no matter who you go to you won't be disappointed. Also pedicures includes hot stone massage & paraffin wax now which is amazing, makes the experience 100 times better. read more
