I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. Unfortunately, the level of hygiene here is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk. During our visit, I witnessed the technician eating and licking his fingers before proceeding to touch my mother's feet without washing his hands. Furthermore, the tools and towels appeared to be reused between clients without any proper sterilization or cleaning. To make matters worse, the technician injured my big toe during the service. We paid $100 for this service, and given the lack of basic sanitation and professional care, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I strongly advise management to review their health and safety protocols immediately. I will not be returning. read more

Full set $18" so I figured I'd get my nails done as well with a pedi but the way the employees there assisted me was terrible. They had such an attitude and the lady I was with then made me switch the to guy (which seemed to be the owner I believe) and he was being so rough with my nails and rushing. I called to get appointment was told to just come in, I arrive there's a wait time while looking at nail polish colors I ask how long wait is. I was told not sure ok, so as I usually do I test the nail polish on my nails to see what color I like. On my third color testing I'm told don't open their polish because I might drop it on their floor. Not only was the lady rough digging into my skin but she cut me twice and I woke up with an infection less than 24 hours later. Went in for a gel nail and pedi. The gel nail color in 2 days was chipping and lifting. The nail color lifted within the first 2 days and all the color fell of within 3 to 4 days. All 10 fingers! Then when paying she was charging me an extra 2$ for removing gel nail off my toes. Which was an assumption. I did not have gel on my toes. She also cut one of toes to deep that really hurt the next day. It was difficult to walk because of the pressure on the toe. The nail painting was extremely terrible. The nail color all over my fingers and the nail tech said the color would remove in the shower. She didn't lie the nail polish on my fingers and nail all removed within 2 days! read more

I just had to write a review on this place because it's honestly one of the worst nail experiences I've had to endure. I took my mom here to get her nails done and the owner did her nails. She didn't ask for anything that complex. She just wanted a full set with gel polish. Her nails are horrible. Her polish is so sloppy and her nail shape looks like a little kid did it. I brought it to his attention and his reply was "nobody is perfect" which I then replied, "nobody is perfect but at least try to do your job right" this man literally took no time on her and rushed us out even though the salon was EMPTY! I dropped in on this salon that I had never been to. As I was walking in the salon there was this man sitting on the curb smoking. There was a lady doing a pedicure and she asked me to sit down at this table that was filthy. The man I just passed came in and sat down in front of me. He did not wash his hands. As I sat there I looked around and noticed things were grungy. He had rusty implements and kept dropping things off of the table then proceeded to pick the items up and continued on. By the end of the service I told him that the service was horrible and the nails were awful. He turned and walked away and ignored me. I told him I paid 50 for this? No comment. He ignored me. I had to go to another salon to have to go to another salon to get the set fixed. So all in all this was THE worst salon I have ever been to. This is the worst place to stop and get your nails done at. The worker who did my nails cut my skin twice. He just sat down without a word to me and started doing my nails. He look like he just came from the back alleyway. I told him that he had cut the skin on my fingers. He looked at me rubbed the blood off my finger and tried to continue. He had old food stuck on his shirt and was not clean. He smelled like he had just smoked a pack of cigarettes. I had to stop him. Kevin does really good pedicures! He pays attention to detail and focus' on trouble areas of your feet. Cindy is good at pedicures and amazing with eyebrows!! The only negative part about this place is the rude, loud, and disrespectful customers. Your best time to go is earlier in the morning before 2ish, anytime after that is when is gets really busy and the rowdy people come in. I've came here 3 times to get my brows waxed and once to get my nails done and to be honest I'm not impressed... The lady who waxes is friendly and knows how to do brows but the guy owner... sheesh he was pretty rude to me when doing my nails. I tried explaining to him how I wanted my nails but he kept raising his voice at me so I settled for white and pink acrylic powder. First of all, he was so rough with my hands he kept trying to bend my arm the whole time (Seriously?) and even nicked my cuticle on my right thumb! I noticed he used a worn out filing block and even used it on the prior customer that he had been doing her nails on. The place itself doesn't look very clean either so of course they're not going to care too much about cleanliness and sanitization. I only gave this place two stars because of the waxing lady but because of poor cleaning practices I'll have to find another brow place as well. Overall I don't recommend coming here. read more
