It was my first & last time. I got pedicure with a white lady I'm not sure what's her name and she was filing my nails too much to the point where I had told her it burned. When she added bond my toes were stinging. 3 weeks later my 2 big toes started to break in half now I'm left with my nails like this. I'm making this short and semisweet. I went in today with high expectations. The nail tech took 3 hours to do a full set of acrylic nails- NO DESIGN!!! I was there from 10am to 1pm!!! My nails were horrible looking! She charged me $50 for a terrible job!! I had to run to another nail bar to get them fixed. **And I tipped her too for her terrible job!!** I ended spending $130 on nails today all because she did a horrible job. I wanted to love this place after seeing Instagram post with amazing looking nails. I booked paid the reservation even after they changed my original appointment to an earlier time, I took a whole day off work for this it was going to cost me $175 for nails an pedicure. I get there on time and things seem ok but then the nail tech stared being a little off she then states she can't finish my nails because her stomach hurt. It was my first time getting Gel x nails and I did not like it usually with acrylic nails they're able to adjust the nails so your finger looks straight one of my thumbs was so curvy nails really rough and ragged just a thin code of nail polish and topcoat I had to look up another nail salon and to see if I could do walk-ins I went and waited two hours to be seen and I had to pay for the nails. Ended up spending an additional five hours at a nail salon for a pedicure and nails experience was horrible and I would never return to this place what a letdown so sad read more

And she is expert at doing these, which I like so much more than acrylics! - Delaney did acrylics for me three weeks ago and they were the best set I've had in years and the artwork was amazing - but she recommended the Gel X and am I ever glad I tried them last night - they are so perfect and I love the look and feel - more natural looking than the acrylics ! I already booked my next appointment for New Year's Eve! Gold and glittery is what I want and she already showed me some ideas- Came back today for lash extensions with Karina - she has a holiday special through December 31- $100 for a full set and so many styles to choose from! I wear glasses so Karina helped me find the best style and I am sooooo in love with them I also rebooked for my fills in time for New Year's Eve!! Bellezza is clean, bright and sparkly - plus complimentary mimosas??!!!!!! Both times she was super friendly, it was nice to go to a salon where you can have conversations with your nail tech after a stressful week/day/etc. The boutique itself is friendly, clean and a warm vibe to it. I decided to try them since I've been seeing many cool things about them... I went in and service was amazing! I felt very welcomed.. I got my nails done and the work was ok but of course I planned on leaving a tip because although the shaping of my acrylics weren't that great, my nail polish and the conversation I was able to have with the nail tech was great and not rushed. But as soon as I was ready to pay, $65, the girl whom I'm guessing is family or good friend of owner told me they don't accept tip unless it's cash, i frowned and told her I didn't have cash. It really aggravated me that she had the audacity to look down at my opened purse as if I was a liar. First off, if i did have cash, I shouldn't be forced to tip cash. It is not my problem the owner has drama with her employees to the point where they all must get tipped individually. But unfortunately that wasn't the case, i really did not have cash. Even then she said, "there is an atm next door in the smoke shop". Like no sweety, it's your issue not mine! I had an Uber outside waiting for me, and i feel bad that i couldn't leave a tip but next time don't assume your clients will carry cash or even less, look into their purse just to verify your curiosity. I GOT FUNGUS FROM THEM! I went in to get my nails done for the first time from them and they came out decent, although they were VERY thick. Two days later my nails are lifting and some had came off already. I decided to just take my nails off and I see this. My nail is green. Anna was extremely well at her job I went very uneducated of how they run things being it wasn't an ideal shop you would think of a nail salon. I finally found a nail shop that is an adult space, no screaming kids running around and you can actually relax and enjoy your appointment. I booked a manicure and pedicure with Anna. She was very professional and took her time and didn't make me feel rushed through my appointment even when another client came in. The place is super cute and clean , but the girls are new at doing nails clearly , she said she's only been doing nails 8 months , I got cut twice with the drill and my mom also got cut during her manicure by another girl (who seemed annoyed) , I've been twice , my first time was better than my second time kuz the girl who did my first full set didn't cut me or anything and was super nice and chill but I found out she's no longer there . Ugh. I have a feeling the staff is all new/ trying to get the hang of nails. They can definitely improve on customer service for sure. It's not the friendliest vibe when you walk in. Everyone stops what they're doing and stares you down no smile no welcome no nothing. Very awkward. The female doing my nails tried to make small talk with very personal questions asking where I work, my lifestyle, and she asked if I have friends (pretty rude but go off). Not to mention she cut 3 different fingers with the drill and made me bleed. Her nails were so long and pointy that they cut through her gloves and sunk into my skin girl get it together. I could also hear the girls gossiping about other coworkers and their boss...a low blow especially in front of a customer. The nails were sloppy not to mention I had to ask her to please put more paint in the patchy areas which I know she had to see. This shop is cute and all but the staff really needs to be more professional, clean, nice, and less invasive. Train them. I've gone 3 times and it sucked each time. read more
