My main reason I avoid cutting my hair and having "spa days" is my fear of having to be social the whole time but also the fear of awkward silences. I'm a recluse. Recluses do not like services. So this was a courageous moment for me. But fear not, introvert! I got to make my appointment online via email. And when I got there, Don was equal parts friendly, chatty and focused, relaxing. L. and I do not agree with anything that she has stated. Do not let that one review persuade you from booking with Erica! I have been going to see Erica for about 3 years. She is one of the best nail techs I have ever been too. She keeps her work space extremely clean. Her quality of work is top notch. I get gel on my nails, and regular polish on my toes. She does have her own private room which makes it nice when the salon is busy. She has a TV that you can watch while getting your toes done and always has nice calming music playing. After reading reviews and asking for recommendations in a local Facebook group, I chose a nail shop I thought would be a good fit. Unfortunately, after getting a fill and requesting ombré, the results were nowhere near what I asked for. Later that day, I stopped by a local hair salon and asked if they had any nail tech recommendations. They referred me to Tipsy Nails. When I got home, I looked them up and decided to call to see how much it would cost to fix my nails. The gentleman I spoke with told me to come in and said his wife would take care of me. When I arrived, I was greeted by Eva, and she immediately got to work. She took one look at my nails and explained that she would need to start completely over. She removed all of the acrylic that had just been put on--and I'm so glad she did. The new set she gave me is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the results.
