I will probably be back but I am very upset with my most recent experience. My nails are all uneven and misshapen, and pointing upward. Very rushed and nearly all of my fingers were left cut after the appointment. Update: JUST went in and spoke with Hannah who was very apologetic. Terrible service -- honestly, one star is too generous. The staff is completely unprofessional and the customer service is awful. The man was rude and had a very rough attitude. The day I went to get my nails done, everything started off wrong. From the moment I sat at his station, he handled my hands so aggressively. Even though he could clearly see I was in pain, he didn't care and kept filing my nails way too hard. On top of that, my nails turned out HORRIBLE. I left in tears because of how much my hands hurt, and they still charged me $95 just for a French... apparently for the pain too ‍ This used to be my favorite place until that day. My daughter's appointment was at 1:30 with Tina and they did not take her till 145 and had a man start the service and Tina never ended up seeing her and they had somebody else finish the service. This is the second time that my daughter had an appointment with Tina and she was given somebody else. Also, the last time my daughter went, they charged her $51 for a refill, shape and her cuticles to be cut this time they charged her $56. It appears that they just make up prices as they go. What is the point of making an appointment with a specific nail artist if they're not going to honor the appointment after sitting in there for an hour and a half horrible customer service.!!! read more

I'm not one to leave poor reviews but I had a horrible experience and have significant concerns about this place being unsanitary. I just got a gel manicure this afternoon (one hour ago) and the man (Ken) doing my nails had a small actively bleeding cut on his finger. I asked about it and he quickly disregarded my concerns saying it was from the file rubbing. He proceeded to do the entire service with the cut on his finger (there was blood that got on my hand). I was also cut with the cuticle trimmers. I am extremely concerned and am currently at the ER to get blood tested since proper blood sanitization procedures were not followed. It appeared that they also did not disinfect the counter or the materials after the previous customer and had me sit there immediately. They painted my nails with my cut and did not follow proper sanitization procedures with this either. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and am filled with anxiety about how unsanitary this was. I will never be returning and am horrified at this experience and for paying $40 for this. Improper sanitization and disregard for customer concern about sanitization is extremely concerning. read more

This was my first visit to this salon. After a long break from nails, I had a full set put on. Reasons for my 3-star rating: First, the nails were sanded in such a way that the majority of them were noticeably crooked. Second, my ring finger nail had a very noticeable dip in it. I fixed this myself by gluing rhinestones on to cover it up. Third, after all of my nails were completely dry and shiny, she pulled out a file and sanded the sides so the were left rough and missing the white polish for the French manicure, and the topcoat. I didn't realize how bad it looked, but you can see in my photos what I'm saying. I have no idea what the purpose of sanding AFTER a complete nail applisay, ion was complete because it made them look horrible. Fourth, the nails have no curvature. They are all flat on top. There was no build up in the middle of the nail bed. Aside of the flatness, the sanding over the acrylic after it was applied was not done evenly and there are obvious waves and different thicknesses throughout. Fifth, there was no handwashing. Upon completion, my hands were dusted off and had a lotion applied, along with what I guess was a massage - I was all of *maybe* 30 seconds per hand. I figured I'd get to wash my hands after this part because it was pretty gross to have the acrylic dust rubbed into my hands, but I was wrong. Instead a hot, damp washcloth was applied and my hands were quickly wiped off. No handwashing and I left feeling extremely unclean. She was also wearing a mask and coughing. I think handwashing should really be mandatory if staff is exhibiting signs of sickness. To ne clear, I've been getting my nails done for well over 20 years, so I don't expect perfection by any means; I do realize that this is art done by hand, but I DO expect the end result to be a nicely done set of nails without so many obvious issues. I paid $75 for this. It has been one full week and they're not lifting, and that's about the only positive thing I have to say, and this is also the reason for giving 3 stars. My gel manicure chipped in a week and one day. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and the entire experience was not relaxing at all.

Really wanted to love this place and make it my new go to nail salon but sadly that wasn't the outcome. The place is very nice and the staff is friendly. I'm aware that a single nail technician does not represent them all, that's why I have the rating of 2 stars. My cuticles were absolutely murdered by the woman who did my nails, as well as her not cleaning under them at all or removing the excess gel from under my nails. If you go here, make sure to request an experienced nail technician! I will be sticking with my original salon. read more

I was excited to find this place. They were able to take me as a walk in. Pedicure was excellent, great chairs and friendly staff. However, my gel manicure is the worst I have had. I am on day 8 and huge chunks have chipped away, they went up on the cuticle so the little growth I have had has caused rough edges that get caught on clothing and in my hair. I'm so disappointed! Update: The salon did reached out to say that my nails should not be chipping and I could come in to have them re-done. While I am not able to fit it in to my work schedule, I thought it was great that they were standing by the service to make it right! read more

Wanted to like this place because it's close to my gym, but the staff was rather unfriendly and my nails do not look good. I got dipping powder with tips, which is overpriced from other salons I've been to. I asked the tech to fix a crooked nail and he just kept making it crooked. There were little hairs from the brush that he painted over so now I can see and feel them in the nails. Would not recommend and definitely will not be going back. read more

Came in this morning and brought a friend who has always gone to a different salon. They've gained two new customers! Not only is it a beautiful salon, they have so many options for designs and colors and are super affordable. And the staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly!!! Awful!!! I went in asked for a fill with short coffin nails. First of all my nails look like poop. Definitely not coffin, customer service was horrible. No one should sit there and have to listen to stories of staff getting laid and getting caught by their parents. One of them made a joke about hurting other peoples kids if they had to do so. I've referred several customers there and I will never refer anyone to her business ever again based on the treatment that was received by her today. This was my second time going here. I don't live around the area I go to college in the area so I needed my nails done for a wedding since I wasn't able to go home. First thing Hannah the owner of the shop says to my three friends and I when we walk in are "what design would you guys like". I show her exactly the design and explained to her exactly what I wanted done to my other nails, I also informed her I was getting a pedicure as well. So she sends me over to one of her employees to start my nails off, i show her the design I would like as well, not once from either her or Hannah did they state they wouldn't be able to do this design. So everything is going well up until the girl has to do the 3 designs for me, she was unable to for some reason so she asked the owner to help her out. The owner Hannah begins to do the design, she than goes and says I can't add this third cross due to the color being to light. So I said okay that's fine if that does work I would like to use hot pink because the whole reason why I'm doing this is because it goes with my dresss and my nail theme. Hannah's like well I have another client coming in so you can figure it out. That's where I get out of character because one don't be rude , two it was never stated to me that the design couldn't be done. So what do you mean figure it out. The original girl who was doing my nails come backs and she attempts to do the design Hannah wasn't able to do, Hannah didn't even try to see if the color was going to be to light she just assumed because she wouldn't to go to her other client so bad. Well the original girl was able to do it but because she was proven wrong she decides to be unprofessional and not have someone do my pedicure, which was fine I went to another shop 2 minutes away and they did a great job for a cheaper price. Also be warned they will over charge you and add these unnecessary fees without your knowledge or charge you more for services you didn't get done. Also the workers unprofessional they curse and they gossip while doing clients nails. This will be my last time ever going there again. I wish I can give this place zero stars because when it goes to being professional this place lacks a lot of that. read more

I gave Nail Vanity 4 chances (2 gel manicures, 1 dip manicure, and a pedicure) and was disappointed each time. The website claims that they have special equipment so you aren't breathing in the dust from nail services, but there always seemed to be more dust sitting on top of the tables than at any other salon I've been to (and I have been getting manicures 2x a month for 9 years, all over the country & world). They also nicked my cuticles 3 times, each to the point of bleeding. Friendly service and the owner is nice but I just was not impressed with the quality of the services. read more
