After attempting to get a pedicure at three other salons, I struck gold when I walked into Amour Nail Bar. Unlike the other three, where I was greeted rudely (like I was bothering them) or completely ignored, this turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was bright and friendly and took care of me right away. The technician, Dee, was super sweet and did a fantastic job on my pedicure. It was a very relaxing experience and the pedicure was perfect! This is my go to salon now! read more

My pedicure was excellent. My dip nails are lumpy and uneven. Twice now, ive had nails without an apex and do not look good. They need to watch some YouTube videos about how to do an apex with dip nails. I'm sad because I like the shop and the staff. read more

I still cannot say it enough, Amour Nail Bar is the place to go for a pedicure!!! I'm blown away every time I go. My fiancé and I went for pedicures yesterday. We chose the Firewalker Pedicure and basically had our legs and feet massaged for over an hour. My skin is so soft and my feet felt amazing afterwards. My fiancé loves the hot towels! This is the only place we go now for our feet pampering. I cannot recommend them enough! Treat yourself and go get a pedicure or manicure at Amour Nail Bar! read more

I initially got my pink and white ombré nails done back home in Sc. I didn't realize that not every nail salon has the same pink. They said to come in and have a look. Dean took a look and showed me the difference on a fake nail and offered to do one of mine to see if I liked it. I did! He did such a great job and took his time to match it up. I actually like the way he did them a lot better than when I got a full set. He didn't file the sides to death and was very gentle with the sanding and filing. It was also 10-20$ less than what most people want to charge around here. The salon is clean, has a friendly feel and is pleasing to the eye. They also serve wine. Looks like I found my new nail salon, y'all! Oh and all this happened after I went to a place a few miles (starts with Le...)away that called a technician in to do my nails so I would wait 10 minutes instead of scheduling for another time. I agreed to wait but she ended up taking the wrong client waiting, and they didn't make it right even after she was told I was the initial waiting client. Lynn is my new nail saving grace. I used to go to a pricey nail salon in Green Hills but my dip never lasted more than 2 weeks. I was loyal to that place for about two years but now I will make the drive to Mount Juliet to see Lynn because twice in a row my nails have lasted 3+ weeks. I've been to several salons in the area, and have fallen absolutely in love with this one! Got a pedicure and an acrylic set, and Jesse was amazing. He is very kind, considerate, and is sure to take his time with clients. I showed him a picture for inspiration for my acrylic set and he absolutely nailed it! My family ( me, husband, son and daughter) decided to get out the house after being snowed in for a week on yesterday. We went in to Amour as walk ins and the service was PHENOMENAL! My son has never had a pedicure he's 10 years old. Let's just say it put him to sleep! My husband said this was by far the BEST pedicure he has had in awhile. I couldn't agree more! I called ahead about 10 minutes before I arrived and got right in a chair for a pedicure and gel manicure. I could go on and on about my experience, but I will just say this: this salon was the cleanest and most well thought out customer service of any salon I have ever been to. Jerrica (spelling?) was my pedicurist and manicurist and she was perfect. She was kind, thoughtful and a perfectionist. I have never had a pedicure and manicure this amazing! I have found my nail spot. read more

I had a masked pedicure and it was absolutely wonderful. My nail tech took her time and they look and feel great. The salon is clean and so nice. The people who work there are also extremely kind. Right now they are doing a 20% off promotion. read more

Pretty disappointed with what happened today. I went in for a gel polish change. The young lady at the counter told the technician three times that it was a gel polish change, however, when I checked out I was charged for a gel manicure which is a $15 price difference. When I voiced my concern Sun said "sorry, I guess she was just confused and gave you a manicure". How is that MY $15 problem? I've been to this business several times and have had a good experience, but I'm afraid I won't be going back if I'm going to be punished for someone else's mistake. read more

I was more than pleased with the time and care Lynn Pham Estes spent on my nails. She listened when I told her the problems I had elsewhere when I got dipped nails. It wasn't the lack of conversation that was the issue, rather the negative attitude that felt very unpleasant. I let her know initially that I wanted oval nails, like the ones I already had. She didn't seem to understand me, and I had to answer in short sentences, which seemed to go over better. A couple of times I gently commented that I wanted a nail filed down slightly, and this seemed to really upset the nail tech. By the end of the appointment, she was pushing my hands in a way that felt uncomfortable. I was rushed out, with her giving me less than a 10 second massage on each hand, while simultaneously filing my nails, so she could get to another client. I was planning to overlook all of this, and just Pay and move on with my day. However, when I went to check out, I was expecting to be charged $35 for a fill, and the register said $70. I told the man that I didn't understand why I was being charged so much, and he said that a fill with gel X is $60. Gel X is apparently an upgrade, and when I told him that I didn't ask for that, he replied that I needed it with the nails I got. Actually that doesn't make sense at all. I came to find out by looking at the receipt that I was also charged an additional $10 for cateye (the polish and magnet for which I brought myself): another upgrade that also wasn't disclosed. Additionally, my nail shapes are not consistent. Moreover the ambience isn't very relaxing, with the man at the front desk yelling into a walkie-talkie every few minutes, causing customers to stare and look incensed. I honestly feel disrespected and taken advantage of, and once again I will never be back.

I said no, you or someone will fix the nails and I will be paying for the service that was given. She didn't know how to polish and he refused to do it himself. He was the only person available. Another nail tech polished my nails and shaped them with as best as she could with the gel polish on. I paid my $40 and left and even gave each of them a tip. However, I will never return there for service again.

I called a couple hours ahead on a Saturday and got an appointment for my sister in law and I for pedicures. The staff were all very friendly and provided tasty beverages. They have quite a selection of different pedicures. I got the second level to include the callus removal. It was so worth it! They use OPI brand nail polish and have a huge selection of colors to choose from. The inside is beautiful and clean. A very relaxing experience, especially with the massage chairs. I will definitely be back here!

I was in town visiting and didn't have time to go back to get them re-done, and am just disappointed that the nails didn't even make it to the event on Saturday that they were intended for.
