A huge shout-out to the incredibly awesome (and patient) Bree, owner/operator of Nailed It Denver who came by the house Monday to trim my fur baby's nails. From left to right are Cash, Mia, and Ryatt and while she may not look like it, Mia is only 5 months old and nail trims are a bit new to her but Bree was so loving and gentle with her, I just can't thank her enough! Cash and Ryatt are old hats but still a handful lol. Wrangling these three up in the truck isn't exactly the easiest to do and having Bree come here was not only convenient but less stressful on ALL of us. I went to a clinic they were having and the 2 girls were SO sweet and so gentle and caring with my pet. It was my pup's first time getting his nails trimmed and he is quite skiddish about it but they did it so quickly and without causing any discomfort at all to him. Apparently this business has all of the customers it will ever need. Even if that's the case, it is no excuse for poor or rude customer siervice. I contacted them on messenger to inquire about house calls for my pets and was referred the on line form. I filled out the on line form and didnt hear a thing for several days, so I followed up with an email. more days went by with no contact so I sent a text message. 4 days after my text (almost 2 weeks after my inquiry), i got a response apologizing for the delay and explaining they were backed up. when i responded asking if they still wanted my business this is what i got: "if you haven't received a reply it's because the intake form was not filled out correctly. please take your pups to a groomer to avoid a further wait as we are still backed up." I'm not sure why this person thinks it's ok to treat customers like she is doing them a favor, but this experience screams lack of professionalism. I cant speak to the quality of the service, but i sure can as to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. read more
