Does staff wear gloves while working on a pedi? are the tools new or reused? Thank you.

They do wear gloves and the tools I saw looked new when I recently went. She accidentally dropped the foot scrub on the floor and picked up a new one!

How much is it for a basic manicure and pedicure?

I believe it's on their site. If you click on the link. I believe I paid 12 dollars for a basic mani but I've switched to gel so I don't remember lol

How much is SNS?

Depends on what you get. French with your own nails is $45. Originally WTH your own nails is $35 I believe

I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. Great customer service from everyone and especially Kathy, who was my manicurist. This place is quite small, but they are all very professional. They do not talk about you (in some other language we sometimes can't understand) or over you with their coworkers which is one of my biggest pet peeves. I apologize for this long comment in advance, but when you receive great customer service you have to let others know. Kathy was my assistant (if that's the word to call her?) she was great, this time I only did Gel Manicure because I won't be wearing to many opened toes shoes because of work, so kind of a waste. Anyways, she did an outstanding job cleaning my fingernails and getting rid of all the gross, dead cuticles on my fingers! She did the best job ever, not once did she hurt or pull on my skin, I had many paper cuts from work and she was very careful to not irritate them. I chose a few colors and she did a great job with them, her ending massage was awesome too!! Try this place out, it's inexpensive compared to other places I've been and I tell you, service was great! For ten years I went to the same salon in Orange with so many great nail techs I could walk in anytime and not worry about the quality or cleanliness of the tech I was assigned. Unfortunately the owner sold it at the end of last year and the new owner does not share the same business practices or high level of care for customer service so I stopped going completely. The mood was somber and you could tell the girls were not happy working for the new management. Today was my first time at Nailicious and I could not be happier because I found that a large group of the nail techs came over from my old salon after its decline when it was sold. Theresa, Tiffany and Kim and several others now work at Nailicious! The salon was very clean and the girls, and Kevin, were all warm and welcoming, and it's not much further from my old salon off of Tustin. So happy to have a small bit of my old salon finally back! After going to another nail spa for years, the owner sold the business and the new ownership/manager was awful. Some of the staff from that location is now at Nailicious and it is wonderful!! Great service, very clean salon; the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. New equipment and relaxing spa massage chairs as well. Your nails will always look fantastic. You will be very glad you tried them out, and will not feel the need to go anywhere else! I frequently have people ask me where I get my nails done, and I always say "Nailicious" on Tustin Avenue in Orange! BTW, Kim is the best!! Very caring and does not hurry you out! If I could give a zero star for this place, I would. I had yelped and found this place received all 5 stars and wanted to give this place a try and totally regreted. A nail tech that did my nails that I did not get her name should go back to nail school for more training. My fingers are still throbbing from earlier, and bleeding. She filed the edges, got my skin not the acrylic. SHE CUT MY FINGER and said I would be okay, well I'm not okay. Shitty job if you ask me, my nails look HORRIBLE!
