First! I love these ladies and their humor and overall vibe. Friendly doesn't even explain how nice they are. Anyhow, I've been coming for years and they are my go to for the routine brow wax and mani/pedi combo. I'm not committed to being any type of nail girl. Acrylics, dip, gel, gel fill I've done them all. Well today I tried the Gel-X set and I immediately fell in love with the process. The process was much quicker and so far so good on the appearance. They seem to be holding up strong and I like that they don't fell as thick as Acrylics or the dip. I may finally have to say I'm a Gel X girl. Ask Kathy about them the next time you're open to trying something new.

Pros : While my fiancé was getting his haircut, I decided to touch up my nails. I have natural long nails for the first time and decided to get gel with design. The price is amazing and my nail tech Vicky paid close attention to detail and really got my cuticles done well. I loved the after results!! Cons: Something to take note of : the gel paint was a bit clumpy and I had to have one of my nails fixed but overall everything turned out great. I wish my nail was filed a bit more to have that smooth effect but it wasn't. Some nails have a small bubble from the gel which says a lot about the quality of their paint. Lastly, it took over 2 hours to get my nails done which is extremely long ! Majority of the time was going over my cuticles which kinda felt tiring. Still a great job for the price !

I went back for a second time because my first experience was amazing AND the gel stayed on so well! I usually have problems with gel staying on and it usually starts to peel. But it survived 2 weeks in Japan for vacation and 1 week back to normal life schedule. It also never felt thick, it felt like regular paint but it was gel. This time I needed a pedicure as well and I've never had someone take better care of my toenails than they did. I will definitely be back. Thankfully I do not need to keep searching for a nail salon anymore.

Always a good pedicure at Nailicious! They take their time cleaning and even removing ingrowns.

First time visiting this nail salon. Gel Manicure done by Kevin and pedicure by Connie. I called ahead of time to check availability and Kathy let me know that I could come in 15 minutes. The location is next to the keto bakery. They were super friendly, courteous and offered excellent service. I will definitely be returning. I also like that they had options of new colors to choose from. Small water and chocolates were a plus.

Thank you, Paula!! Gorgeous, detailed work... I asked for some Halloween nails and showed an example. The example only showed 3 designs so Paula used her creativity to make the rest. This will look great with my purple witch costume. I feel so pretty (and spooky)! Everyone is very friendly and attentive. It's a great deal... and fast!! I was worried to have my friend waiting for me since we went together, but we finished about the same time. I'm excited to come back for more designs. Bonus: you get a bottle of water and trick or treat chocolate when you visit. :)

I have been coming here for years so I feel bad leaving this review. They have cut me in the past, made my fingers bleed and my nail length has been different sizes but I let all that go. But this time I can't. Their customer service needs major work! I picked a mint color and Jessica, my nail artist, even said that the color is strange but she didn't do anything about it. She could have easily asked me to change the color but she just shook the bottle so I thought everything was fine. As soon I left the salon, I noticed that one hand was fine, but the other hand had yellow tints in the color. I didn't want to seem crazy so I'm like maybe it's the light. I kept driving and realized it wasn't the light. I had NO time to go back as I had plans to go to a hockey game. This nail salon takes forever so I was already there for like 2 hours. And I was going on a work trip for the weekend so I didn't have time to go back. I texted the owner the next morning with pictures and all she said was "when can you come back, I can fix." I told her like 5 times that I couldn't come back because I was going out of town and all she kept saying was I'll fix it. That's not the point!! My work trip was ruined because on one hand I had yellow nails! The hands did not match at all. I asked her if there is anything else she could do. She said "if you take the nail color off, I can give you a free gel manicure." So wait, you want me to do the work but you just want to paint my nails for free. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I was fed up and didn't even text back. Giving my money back was not even option. To say the least, I will not be going back to this salon.

Soooo happy this salon took me this evening on short notice! My nails look beautiful. Love how they turned out. The gentlemen who worked on me was so friendly & he saved my natural nail that had a major crack in it. He dipped it in SNS powder twice & it was perfect again! First time there on a Friday afternoon, I called and they were able to get me in 15 min later. I got a full set of acrylic nails for $25!!!!! Unbelievable price. I asked how much fill would be and was told $18!! I love the prices and so far I'm lovin my nails! read more

I stumbled upon this place by accident when my normal spot down the street was closed on a Monday. I was out, and badly in need of a manicure and so the Yelp gods led me here... I am so glad I checked this place out! I've been in twice now and it's clean, well run (they actually remember you if you call in for an appointment) has a great color selection and everyone is super nice. What more can a girl ask for? Plus, after 4 weeks, my manicure did not chip one bit and was hardly lifting at all! Nothing more painful than pulling off that gel with your hair because your polish is lifting...eesh. And, they're super reasonably priced! Both times I came in everyone was attentive, called me by name and were very careful to make sure I got the color and shape I wanted. PLUS - comfy chairs and a giant TV that seems to be playing the Food Network 24/7. LOVE IT. Check it out! read more

I found this place while staying in Anaheim for a convention 3 weeks ago. I had just broke my right index fingernail that morning during transit to a business meeting and it was hanging by a piece of skin. It was bleeding and it hurt like hell that I had to wrap it up with a bandage. I called to make an appointment for dip nail mani and pedi while on my way there and was seated as soon as I arrived. I explained my issue to Kevin and he was really careful with my injured fingernail. He gave it an extra dip of powder to ensure it would stay intact and didn't file it to shape until after reinforcing it. He was amazing and shaped my nails into perfect almonds. He was a joy to talk to. Cece (I think that was her name) did my pedi and was great. I always wiggle around and try my best to tolerate my tickled feet, but I didn't have to with her. She was gentle and gave a really great leg massage. All in all, I was very pleased with the establishment and the techs. It cost a little more than I expected, but was well worth it. I have been coming here for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it! Kathy is my favorite technician by far, she is so sweet and always does my nails exactly how I ask. When Kathy is busy, which is not uncommon because she's so good, other ladies step in and I've never had a negative experience with any of them! Kevin is always very welcoming and everyone else is very kind as well. Appointments are definitely recommended, but they do not discourage walk ins if they have the availability. During the weekends and holidays they are especially busy, so plan accordingly. (Note: I would not believe that this salon would deny business for any reason, for anyone who claims otherwise.) Prices are super reasonable, my gel mani was $25 today plus I was just informed that there's a coupon online, so take advantage! Also, there is a basket of chocolate at the front desk :) read more

I had a great experience at Nailicious. I got a manicure with a dip nail base and gel polish on top. Hannah took a lot of care and was very gentle with prepping my nails. I have been going here for almost 2 years and refuse to go anywhere else!! They are always so nice and know me by name. My coffin shaped acrilic nails come out great no matter who does them. I recently got my toes done for the first time in years because my nails on my big toes are messed up so I asked them to put acrilics on. LOVE THIS PLACE. After my nail guy changed to a different line of work, I searched for a new salon that could give me the same high-quality work at a similar price. The gals here always give me hot tea and/or water upon arrival, and Cindy always makes sure my nails are ON POINT. She takes her time and has crazy attention to detail. 5 stars for a nail salon?!!! CRAZY!!!! My friend and I were looking for a nail salon in this area and happened to stumble upon this one. I was shocked to find that it was 5 stars but definitely trust my fellow yelpers so we gave it a shot! We came in on the week of Christmas with an appointment at 4:00pm. Let me tell you, this place was PACKED. All of the chairs were filled with customers and not one space was left empty. I would like to give it 5 stars but the wait was just ridiculous. We were lucky enough to have Kathy work on us because she did such a good job and she kept apologizing for the long wait but we spent a total of 3 hours in the salon for 2 gel manicures and 1 pedicure... Kathy worked on the both of us. I waited for my friend to be finished with her gel manicure before Kathy started on my gel manicure. Then my friend waited for me. I do have to give credit to Kathy for being so apologetic and she even gave us a discount for the long wait. Kathy was amazing but I would highly suggest NOT coming during peak hours especially during the holidays. read more

Nicki is who did my manicure and Linda my pedicure. Absolutely lovedddddddd my manicure as I swear it was the best one I have ever hand. She was so precise and detailed and took her time and would redo it until it was perfect. I have FINALLY found a place and technician to go to! I will work around her schedule any day of the week just to have her do my nails! Not to mention they provided bottle waters during service and wouldn't leave you with an empty water. I really really like this place. It's not super fancy but it's better than your average local nail shop. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and a beverage. ;) they have lots of gel colors. Not too sure about their normal polish but they have tons of gel polishes. Their prices are fair and their service is great! When I moved, I was nervous that I wouldn't find a great new nail shop. Glad I was able to find this gem. Michelle and Joanne are great! Very thorough. And the polish job is impeccable. I hate spending money on a mani pedi where you walk out disappointed in the polish job. Not here! They get it right every time. read more

I only get my nails done about 2 or 3 times a year but I have been coming here for about 4 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. I trust the technicians here. It's a fun clean environment. Everyone is always so warm welcoming. I have had Kathy, Kevin and Jenny all do my nails before and they are all absolutely amazing at what they do. Whenever I get my acrylics with gel, they make them so naturally that people think they are my real nails! I love the simplicity of a natural looking nail and they never disappoint. Everyone who I have had do my nails here at Nailicious and Spa really take their time to perfect exactly what I ask for. I never feel like anyone is rushing through my nails. They always have water ready for you, everyone is social, respectful, kind and funny which makes your time there that much more laid back and entertaining. read more

$34 for full set w/gel + $3 for coffin nail shape Pros: Excellent service Given water bottle Moved around their schedule for me :)) I didn't ask them to, they are just very kind The nail artist had a headache and still pressed through :( Did exactly what I showed them in the picture Cons: Nails were left with small amounts of polish by cuticles , a glue like film was on my finger tips, and polish has some unevenness at the base (very light) No nail care (cuticles , lotion, etc.) Expensive / charged for coffin shape They do Speak Vietnamese around customers -- it's not horrible but you just never know what they're saying. But my thing is, they scrubbin and rubbin peoples feet all day. Hands cramping , nail polish smell thick in the air, smiles to fake, and working in customer service sucks. So as annoyed as I get , I understand it . they weren't going too ham with the Vietnamese though. read more

I have gone to this location a few times now. They are so hospitable and friendly. I have tried coming in for a fill in the afternoon but they were busy. Unlike other nail salons, they let me know it was a long wait and they recommended making an appointment. But I have gone early weekday mornings and there is no wait. My nails looked great each time. Kathy; who I think is the owner, makes sure you are happy with your nails. The don't take credit cards but they do take Venmo. I would definitely recommend. read more

Love love love! We just tried it for the first time since our old salon switched management. We were a little hesitant since we haven't tried a new place in over 10 years. We walked in and there were at least 4 girls from our old salon(Tustin nail spa)! They are so sweet and do such great work. They really take the time to make sure you get quality nails. They also provide you with a little bottle of water which is a nice touch. It is a smaller salon so do your best to make an appointment ahead of time. Amy and Lily did my nails and they are just extremely friendly and funny ladies and their work is so good! To top it all off their prices are actually a little bit cheaper! Do the girls a favor and try to bring cash for a tip. read more

The price is right but they don't keep the place up like they should. The pedi chairs were iffy if working, and my butt got super sore just sitting in it for 40 minutes. They didn't use a pedicure water scent/ blue spa powder for my chair. I didn't see them sanitizing things and the gal used tools on me from a box marked "Soiled". Hmmmm :( yeahhhh. The young lady who did my toes did a great pedicure but her paint job left way too much to be desired to go back. My nail tech was pretty meticulous, although I should have asked for three layers of polish on my fingers because the paint had been thinned out wayyy too much. In all, medium experience, not wowed. My second time here, let's just say I'm hooked! Everyone is so nice! They are very clean and very detailed. They don't rush even if they are busy. Walk ins are welcome but it's better to make an appointment... Definitely my favorite nail shop! Got the day off and decided to get pampered at Nailicious! Made an appointment and excited because they were open on Labor Day! Kathy is always so personable and helpful - I definitely commend her for her hard work! If you want quality all the people at the salon take great care and time on their work. Always give ample time for yourself when making any appointment of this kind whether for nails, hair, etc... Their large selection of colors is always available, and so reasonable! Been coming here for a while now. They usually do a great job and are always friendly. The last couple times tho I have not been happy with my nails. Today I went in for a full set w/ gel, I noticed two of my nails were crooked and asked the lady if she can fix it she filed them for about 2 sec and then said "ok go wash your hands" I was a little annoyed cause I could see they still were crooked but figured I will just file them myself. Now that I'm home I notice that all the nails on my right hand aren't fully filled or the right size. Really disappointed with how they came out.. read more

Before a trip to Hawaii...wife decide to get her manicure and pedicure done at Nailicious in Orange. Look at these amazing colorful mani!!! I had been going to another nail salon for years, but the ownership changed and my nail tech left. I tried a few other local places but nothing compared to the customer service and quality of my previous nail salon. Then I heard about Nailicious and guess what? My nail tech and a bunch of others from the previous salon were now there - I was beyond ecstatic!!! Now I only go to Nailicious and it's turned out to be even better than the previous salon I liked. The space is a bit smaller but it's very modern and clean. My nail tech is Kathy and she always asks if I need a drink or how she can help me relax and enjoy the experience. The best part is they have a ton of gel colors and do great designs and ombre but for someone like me the best BEST part is they have a perfect match system so I know my gel color will match my regular toenail polish which is very important to me. It's really addictive - The spa chairs are more comfortable than my other salon and you're always facing a TV with great programming, subtitles and nice music! The are competitively priced meaning it's the same as most salon's in the area but the extra customer service is well worth it. I guarantee if you try Nailicious you'll love it just as much as me and it will be your "go-to" salon. especially since they are open on Sundays. Make sure you call for an appointment since they get a lot of walk-ins. I love Nailicious and I'm so thankful I found Kathy and her team there! :) read more

First time at this salon yesterday with a friend. She got a regular Mani and I got a gel Mani. I was very happy with the outcome. I wanted my nails long and my tech did a great job filing and painting my nails. Mt nails are even in length and all same degree of roundness. My only disappointment was that on yelp they are marked as a relatively cheap place and I paid 30$ for my manicure which is nearly double what I normally pay. But I don't blame the salon for that, I blame my expectation from the one dollar sign. Regular manicure is 11$. read more

Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.

Service here was really great. I decided to do gel since the person who does acrylic was not there, because he was at his sons grad. I felt very welcomed. The girl, who did my nails was very easy to talk to. I told her last minute. I wanted a French tip. She was pretty honest and said she didn't have time for it, but that she could do an ombre for me. I haven't done an Ombre in a while, and it looks amazing. The nails are still holding on very steady . My only regret is that I didn't get to do my pedicure with them as well, because everyone else's feet looked great . Since they were short staffed, I was supposed to go back the next day after work to get my pedicure. However, I had to come home for other reasons. But if I'm ever in the area, I will definitely come here again.

Great customer service from everyone and especially Kathy, who was my manicurist. This place is quite small, but they are all very professional. They do not talk about you (in some other language we sometimes can't understand) or over you with their coworkers which is one of my biggest pet peeves. I apologize for this long comment in advance, but when you receive great customer service you have to let others know. Kathy was my assistant (if that's the word to call her?) she was great, this time I only did Gel Manicure because I won't be wearing to many opened toes shoes because of work, so kind of a waste. Anyways, she did an outstanding job cleaning my fingernails and getting rid of all the gross, dead cuticles on my fingers! She did the best job ever, not once did she hurt or pull on my skin, I had many paper cuts from work and she was very careful to not irritate them. I chose a few colors and she did a great job with them, her ending massage was awesome too!! Try this place out, it's inexpensive compared to other places I've been and I tell you, service was great! Had actual conversations with you, and AGAIN did not speak over you or about you with coworkers! read more

For ten years I went to the same salon in Orange with so many great nail techs I could walk in anytime and not worry about the quality or cleanliness of the tech I was assigned. Unfortunately the owner sold it at the end of last year and the new owner does not share the same business practices or high level of care for customer service so I stopped going completely. The mood was somber and you could tell the girls were not happy working for the new management. Today was my first time at Nailicious and I could not be happier because I found that a large group of the nail techs came over from my old salon after its decline when it was sold. Theresa, Tiffany and Kim and several others now work at Nailicious! The salon was very clean and the girls, and Kevin, were all warm and welcoming, and it's not much further from my old salon off of Tustin. So happy to have a small bit of my old salon finally back! After going to another nail spa for years, the owner sold the business and the new ownership/manager was awful. Some of the staff from that location is now at Nailicious and it is wonderful!! Great service, very clean salon; the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. New equipment and relaxing spa massage chairs as well. Your nails will always look fantastic. You will be very glad you tried them out, and will not feel the need to go anywhere else! I frequently have people ask me where I get my nails done, and I always say "Nailicious" on Tustin Avenue in Orange! BTW, Kim is the best!! Very caring and does not hurry you out! If I could give a zero star for this place, I would. I had yelped and found this place received all 5 stars and wanted to give this place a try and totally regreted. A nail tech that did my nails that I did not get her name should go back to nail school for more training. My fingers are still throbbing from earlier, and bleeding. She filed the edges, got my skin not the acrylic. SHE CUT MY FINGER and said I would be okay, well I'm not okay. Shitty job if you ask me, my nails look HORRIBLE!
