PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went in today to get a fill, I have gotten gel fills for the past 2 years at the same place but the woman who usually does my nails was on vacation and I desperately needed a fill so I came here, I waited for 45 minutes at 3:15 on a Monday which I didn't really mind too much. I looked at the colors and decided on a color that actually wasn't gel. They tried to pressure me into getting gel but I was set on this particular color. The first problem was she put the acrylic on lopsided on a number of my nails, which I didn't notice until she put the color on. Then she filed the top of my nails making sure to file the skin off of my fingers above my cuticle, then she put 2 coats of nail polish on not even covering the whole nail and rushed me out to go let them dry... Then disappeared. I let them dry and then felt them and they were rugged and the nail polish rubbed off of my nails feeling like powder or something. So when I asked someone else to redo them she came in yelling and screaming about how she "watched me rub them off" the point was the nail polish shouldn't just rub off when you feel it. Especially when it's dry. So when I asked To get gel she proceeded to yell and complain about how I didn't want gel. Which was true, I wanted that particular color that didn't happen to be gel. I also noticed she filed down one side of my nail too much and it was bending and breaking.. I asked if someone else could fix it because I didn't want her redoing my nails and everyone just ignored me... Then they wanted me to pay $35 for a FILL... The worst experience I have EVER had. I have been to Nailport 4-5 times since June 2016. The first few times were great experiences. I was treated like royalty and for $25 my pedicures were outstanding. I've always had a different staff person & they were all great. However, my last 2 visits confirmed that I can no longer come here. My second to last visit was fine until it was time to pay & she said $35. I corrected her & said that I had asked for the "spa" pedicure, which is $25. She said, "oh, I thought you said 'deluxe.'" The word "deluxe" never left my mouth....she heard what she wanted to hear. Despite this issue, she agreed to $25 so the trouble ended there, not a big deal. Also, I had had the deluxe pedi once and the spa pedi on my next visit and they seemed the same, so I couldn't even tell the difference (experience-wise) between the 2. I certainly would have spoken up had I been able to tell that she was giving me the more expensive pedi. Yesterday was my final visit. As always I was with a different staff person & I made sure to be clear that I wanted the $25 pedi, no problem there. She didn't really have any customer service skills like her co-workers I had worked with. To start, the tub had about an inch of water in it when she wanted me to put my feet in & as the tub finally did fill up the water was luke warm. She didn't allow my feet to soak for even a minute before she started working. She was very rough & moved quickly (not due to great skill, she was just rushing). There was really no care in anything she did. She seemed to spend time clipping actual skin, but it was hard to tell since she wasn't causing me pain. But, just before she started with the polish whatever solution she put on did sting a little on my right big toe. I looked closer but didn't see anything & wasn't in discomfort to the point of being concerned. Overall her treatment was really lacking; she ran her mouth loudly the entire time talking to her co-worker, barely stopping for air, so any time she needed me to move, or do anything really resulted in her roughly tapping or yanking my foot. After she sat me down for my polish to dry she started working w/ another customer behind me & didn't give me another thought. At one point I could hear her start arguing with the customer she was working with. After I felt like I had sat long enough I got her co-worker's attention so I could pay. Now, a day later.....this morning I saw what looked like a very small abrasion on my big toe & thought that's why that solution had stung. This evening I was absolutely mortified with what I saw - see pictures. Unfortunately, I never got any of the staff's names; I've had great service from everyone with this one exception. And, even with the other great staff I just can't go back when there's a great place less than a mile from my home. I only ever went to Nailport b/c of the convenience of it being in Wal-Mart. I couldn't continue to give money to a company that employs such a careless, even harmful employee. read more

Only went here because the usual technician I see was closed. I needed to get my acrylics off for my new job and she consistently tried to pressure me to get another service. I just wanted my nails removed and gel polish because I knew they'd be really thin. She not only didn't take all the acrylic off because she seemed annoyed to be doing it, the French tips I got look awful. She filed my nails so thin they hurt. To top it all of the salon was a mess and she kept walking away for 20 minutes at a time with no warning leaving me wondering if she was coming back. Just don't go here. It's awful. If you do, ask for Andy. My best friend had her nails done by him and she had a great experience. read more
