For a basic Pedicure, she was very detailed and took her time with everything. Definitely one of the better Pedicures I've had in a while and I'm the kind of girl to get the extra "spa" stuff. When it came to a full set I noticed only a few (3) do acrylic. That being said it was a good experience overall. For a basic Pedicure and full set both French my total came out to 80$. I have paid more for the same service elsewhere. I certainly will be back.

I was able to get sat down right away with Nani. she was super friendly and gentle with my manicure, giving detail to grinding down my nails, application, shape and length and color preference. washing my hands before/during the session was a nice refresher and also a first(!) with cleanliness of this business. I was offered cuticle oil after which i'm grateful that got brought up. hours after, my fingers don't feel irritated from the grinding like they usually do at places that overdo it. She was very professional, fast, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails! She noticed I had cat eye already on my nails, so she asked if I wanted to do it again, and when I said no, she didn't try pushing any designs or up-charges on me. She let me pick my color and was super nice when I was a little indecisive about the first set of colors that I saw. She was quick to show me more colors. Nails are to expensive to not get quality work and to have your nails chipping as if a 3rd grader did them. And when I return the very next day Sarena had no clue of who I was or has if I had never been there no professionalism at all. I am a licensed Master Barber and that's like me starting on your haircut and then letting a new Barber finish and never checking to make sure it's done correctly. The staff were very friendly, and at first I loved how they came out. But they didn't last very long. I got the gel manicure done with chrome. I've gotten gel for the last 5 years. The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. But since it started chipping almost immediately, it just doesn't seem worth it, in my opinion.

I arrived around 10:30 a.m. and didn't leave until after 3:00 p.m. Before my technician even started my nails, I showed an inspiration photo of the design I wanted. He removed my entire previous set and only then told me he didn't know how to do that design. He walked around the salon asking other technicians, and no one could do it. At that point, my old nails were already gone, so I was pressured into choosing a much simpler design than what I originally requested. The final result looked nothing like the inspiration photo. I accepted it because I had already spent hours there and just wanted to go home. Despite my disappointment, I still paid the bill they presented to me ($128) and left a $25 tip because the technician was kind and I appreciated his effort. After I got home, the salon called to say they had forgotten to charge me $15 for the gel polish on my toes. Instead of apologizing for their billing mistake or offering to take payment over the phone or through a payment link, they demanded that I drive back to the salon the same day. When I didn't immediately return, they texted me saying they would involve law enforcement if I didn't come back before closing. Mistakes happen, but threatening a customer with the police over a $15 charge that your own staff forgot to add to the bill is not how customer service should be handled. Between spending nearly five hours there, not receiving the design I requested after my old set had already been removed, and then being threatened over their billing error, I will not be returning.
