I have been going here for years thinking they did me right well the last couple times I've been my nails literally looked like total crap and I just visited this last Saturday March 20, 2021 they will not turn anyone down so they rush thru your service or leaving you sitting for an hour well when I got my full set and went to pay I was charged 50 dollars for nails I wouldn't have paid 10 bucks for I had to go home and take off because they looked like a 1st grader did them I am over it and done with being peoples cash cow if you want my money DO THE SERVICE I PAID YOU TO DO!!!! I always get almond shape and she really took her time to make sure they looked perfect and even.. the place was nice & clean and everything was a good price. I was in town on business from Texas and in a hurry. I got a gel pedicure with a foot massage and hot rocks as well as powder dipped nails. Not only were they super friendly, but the place was very clean! They did a fantastic job, and at one time I had someone massaging my feet and a girl on each side of the pedi chair doing my nails! I always get nervous when trying new nail salons but this one is on my new side of town. Super busy when I got there so I figured it was a good thing. It turned out to be pretty awesome. They have so many different options for designs and nail colors. My nail tech, I don't know his name but he was a younger guy, listened to what I was wanting and my nails turned out really amazing. I used to go all the time. I had beautiful nails. Went in every month for gel polish for years. But the last time I went the guy dremeled my polish off even though I told him that wasn't the way to take it off. He wouldn't even look at me. Now my nails are paper thin and all broke. It's going to take over a year to grow them back out. The men here have no clue what they are doing. I'm super pissed. I would not go here, they don't know what they're doing. read more

Love this place! One of the girls that works here is a hoot that keeps you in stitches and Thu gives the absolute best leg and foot messages ever! The only things I would change is 1) to discontinue talking to one another in another language customers don't understand (you know all the jokes and they're reinforcing that stereotype with that behavior) because it feels like they are talking about customers regardless of the actual topic of conversation and perception is everything...and 2) stay off personal phone calls/texts while working with customers...seems a bit disrespectful of our time when we chose to come here. read more

Mani/ pedi was ok. I should've saved my money and did it myself. Male who did a pedicure across from me did not listen to his customer. She asked him not to use the grater on her feet, he insisted, did it and stopped only after she was saying no and pulling away continuously. How terrifying for her. Will not revisit. read more

It is not very clean. The plasric conyaiber she soaked my hands in was rinsed with tap water qiickly and stored in an over flowing cabinet. It is all extremely cluttered They were quick and friendly. Until they started talking in another language (maybe Vietnamese). The lady doing my nails pointed out that there were people talking about how "fat" a lady was that was getting a manicure. I have been going to this place for as long as I have lived here. It's going on about 6 years now. I love this place and will not go anywhere else. I have attempted other places only to be disappointed. I will tell you that through the years I have discovered who the better techs are here. Most of the females are good but I must say that the best, in my opinion, is Simon. Love this guy! I will wait for him for as long as it takes. He takes awhile on your nails (Hands only. He doesn't do pedicures) but since I'm pretty picky and tend to strive for perfection, I'm willing to wait. You can just tell he cares about what he does. Go team Simon! read more

Inexpensive. Clean. They always have a ton of staff to accommodate walk-ins. The pedicures include a hot towel wrap & soothing hot rock massage. I leave feeing relaxed & happy every visit. There's a nice variety of colors & services to choose from and my polish lasts 4-6 weeks or more- I need my nails trimmed before I need color. It's impressive between the running & time spent in the pool; this is the only place I've been to where polish has lasted so long. Extremely happy with the level of service provided. read more

First of all the lady that helped me (she had a blue adidas shirt) was so rude. They literally took like 20 minutes just to do all that for me. I asked for ombre nails they gave me just one color without even telling me. THEN they put the wrong nail color on my toenails just because the lady was too lazy to go get another one. When I first got there I asked the owner how much it would cost to take off my nails and she said $5.00, I asked her how much it would cost to get my nails polish and she said $5.00, so then I asked how much it would be to get my toes polish and she said $5.00, so a total of $15.00. So I pulled out a $5.00 bill and he said no it was going to be $10.00 and I told him the lady told me $5.00. Me and my mom went in, she was in for a pedicure and I wanted a manicure. My mom was taken over and sat down and had to wait 5 minutes for them to fill the water up. I waited then sat down to get gel nails. The lady paid no attention to me, often looked up while painting my nails, never talked to me, answered the phone. One of my nails were very short and there was no space between my nail and skin but she kept pushing her nail between them and hurting me. She was paying no attention when filing my nails to and was just filing my skin and the tips of my fingers! She left a lot of paint on my skin also. While that happened to me my mom was getting her toe nails done. When clipping her cuticles she noticed a brown spot on her nail, it appeared to be a fungus. The employee stated it was under the toe nail however later she filed it and it came right off but now her nail looks almost flattened from it being filed so hard. She then cut the cuticle on the back of her nail cutting her skin and causing her to bleed and played like she didn't see it and she had to point it out to her at least three times. She was very rude and tried to up sale her the whole time from collegian to manicure to brows insisting she needed the extra. During the "relaxing massage" she dug her finger nails into the outer side of her leg, my mom told her it hurt so she'd rub them some more then do it again. After the third time she told her we were done. This was the second time we've came her because the prices were low but we will not be returning read more

So I brought my little sister in with me today for nails and pedicures. We are sitting at the pedi chairs with our feet in the water and a lady comes out with a bowl of water. I tell her we are getting tips on are nails and she rolled her eyes and dumped whatever was in the bowl into the pedi tub with my feet in it. Well after the toes are done we move to get our nails done. I tell the lady my sister wants her nails rounded and she said "why? That's for old ladies!" I tell her she is only 12 she wants them to look more natural. She asked me if I wants a design after I told her many times I wanted to do the cat design I saw in the shop. She ignored me and said "Do you want a design?" I said "yes the cat please." " she goes "No you want black, white and silver lines?" I said "No" then I showed her a picture of the cat. She says" That's too hard. How do you expect me to do that" she called another lady over and that lady tells me to pick something else. I found a picture of Flower and they said again that it was too hard. I tell her whatever ever just do a heart and put an A in it for me. She does it with glitter. When I told her not to. So of course it looks like shit. She files my nails with the drill some more and cuts my thumb and it starts to bleed. I told them and they ignored it. They also made my sister bleed. so $130 later I didn't get want I wanted and I also got a bloody finger. read more
