Tammy and Tom are the greatest. I moved up to this area from Yukon and was looking for a nice place that's decently priced to get my toes and nails done. I found AB nail spa and showed up randomly after work, she told me to come back in a hour due to being busy of which I did. I had to wait like 20 minutes, which is honestly fair because I randomly showed up and it's just Tammy and Tom working. They started me, and they took their time. They ended up staying about 20-30 minutes after closing time at 7pm to finish me up and make sure it looked nice. They were wonderfully sweet and I won't go anyplace else in this area now. I couldn't recommend them enough, but you should definitely make a reservation/appointment prior to showing up. They gave me their business card and told me to call back anytime to schedule a good time to come see them and I thanked them so much for staying a little late working with me!!!! They were absolute angels and Tammy was so funny!!! She had such a good sense of humor and the overall vibe of their nail salon was perfect and enjoyable. read more

I have been a client of Tom and Tammy for over 10 years and would never go anywhere else. They are professional, friendly and go out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. I always try to make an appointment because they are very busy and they try to work in unscheduled customers when possible. I called at opening and they told me that they are available for walk-ins. I get there in 20 mins and I get sent back out and told to come back 2 hrs later because they were busy and I called when they first opened which is at 10. You guys need to do reservations only if that's the case and could've told me to make a reservation over the phone so I can secure a spot. I got a deluxe spa pedicure as did my mom and we were greeted by Tammy who helped us decide what we wanted. They have lovely personal spa kits in different scents since as lemon and green tea and each customer gets their own. Tina did my moms and Mike did mine. They were both great, they took their time and the polish job looks great! I wish they both had spent more time getting callouses off, but that's my only complaint. I will definitely be coming back to get my toes done and I will update my review once I see how they do on my hands! read more

At one time a favorite of ours, but the way we were treated before my daughter was to be in a wedding two years ago, we haven't returned since. She told them what she wanted, the color wasn't right after they did the first nail so she let them know that she needed to pick a different color, and she got all this attitude like she was put out and said "I try to tell you!" followed by obvious talking about us in another language with other workers. No way to speak to and treat a customer, especially one that has been frequenting your place for years. Moved on. read more

I gave it 2 stars...only cause Nail Tech David was nice and the girl doing our nails was horrible. She did Dip on my nails, which I had done for first time and she kept taking off, when she brush off excess and would not fix. Plus she only dipped 2x and gave me 10 thumbs and said it was because of my real nails, not her job. Will, I had my own nail biz 18 years ago and what she did was unexceptable and lousy. The worst part of all, was we were going to my Daughters wedding and she told me come back next week to get fix....wow..I'm never coming back or recommending this place. She also spoke in her language to David on how I was a pain in her ass and his response to her was to speak in english. He did not want to get in the middle of her mess. As a Business Owner and Nail Tech myself, I would never let anyone walk out looking a hot mess. I went to this salon for the first time and paid 50.00 for a pedicure and manicure, and I was very disappointed with my first visit. The staff was very friendly but the service had much to be desired. My cuticles were never pushed back on my hands or my toes and my heals are still really rough. The nail polish started chipping off on the 3rd day. Really need to get newer nail polish or throw out the ones that have been there too long. Waste of hard earned money and I cannot recommend to anyone. First impressions are everything if you want to keep customer, I think you should really take time to do everything required in giving a proper manicure and pedicure. read more

The rudest most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I will never come back and no one should ever go here. They are racist and the most disrespectful people I have ever worked with. I will write negative reviews everywhere, which is something I NEVER do, but I have never been treated so horribly in my life. They should go out of business and if they treat everyone the way they treated us then they'd already be out of business. We went in with grandmother, my mother and my sister, who was getting married so that we could all get our nails done before the big day. Everything started out fine, just like any other nail salon but while they were doing my sisters nails, she told me she was unhappy and I shared her concerns with the lady doing her nails. She gave me a horrible look and said "I'm not finished. Don't say anything until I'm finished" I was horrified but waited and said nothing. Then when she was finished I explained that it looked nice but that wasn't what she wanted and tried to explain and show her pictures of what she did want. Instead of understanding and being willing to accommodate a very normal request, they said no they couldn't do it. Due to their poor English we tried to explain again, hoping they had just misunderstood and they became even more hostile and aggressive to the point that one technician pointed her finger in my face and said "You don't know anything" and then when I said "I have never been treated like this before at a Nail Salon" the main technician said "Ok, then you can leave" as she put my sandals on my feet. They have no idea how to be polite and they all need to have some training in customer satisfaction. Horrible experience that I hope no one else ever has to deal with. read more

I was a little hesitant at first. The outside of the building is nothing special. I was promptly greeted upon arrival. There were quite a few OPI polish selections. I sat for only 2 minutes before I was seated. The water felt great and the massage chair was actually therapeutic. My nail tech was an older lady. I was thinking that it would only be mediocre of a pedicure. Boy was I wrong! She did a great job and the leg massage was the best one I had ever received. Just when I thought it was going to end she added more lotion and kept massaging.I was so relaxed! They are very friendly and nice. I was given a bottle of water as well. I will definitely go back. I paid 25.00 for the regular pedicure. I think 20 would have been better, however the leg massage made up for the pricing! read more

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now, for the simple reason that they do a wonderful job! I get gel with shellac by Tom, and his wife Tammy takes care of my eyebrows and sometimes does the polish. The nail polish rarely chips, and it's uncommon that I have to come back earlier than 3 weeks. Any time I "cheat" on them with another salon, I am always disappointed and end up coming back here to have Tom fix whatever another salon did poorly. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. It's always a pleasure to come get my nails done and know that they will do an excellent job every single time. read more

I have been coming to this salon for manicures and pedicures for about 2 years now. I am always warmly greeted and offered a refreshment. I love that the pedicure chairs have a massage function. I usually see Tammy, and she is so sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend making an appointment because they do get busy. I have seen people turned away because they walked in at a peak time without an appointment. I guess instead of turning people away when they are busy they could have them wait for an hour or more like some salons, but I personally appreciate their honesty when they know they can't fit me in at the moment. This salon has a very loyal client base, and I think that speaks volumes about the quality of their service. read more
