If I could give a zero I would. All I wanted was a white tip with milky base. Pedi was $40. French tip was $20. Milky base $15. When I opted for just white toes the lady just slapped the nail polish on and would not let it dry in between so it ended up being really bumpy and crusty looking. Ended up paying $60 to go home in tears. Will definitely be trying something new and hope that I find somewhere where the price meets quality read more

Do not recommend... read on...The staff was friendly and prompt. Did an okay job on my nail fill. Got the deluxe pedicure, he made an abrasion on the top of my foot using a harsh brush, when I said ouch, he asked if I was okay... 2 days later bad infection, urgent care and z pack. I called and asked for my $60 (deluxe pedicure) to be refunded... (reasonable as I didn't even ask for my medical bills) the total nail bill was over $100... they asked for a picture of my foot and I sent. Nice lady kept saying she had to talk to owner...exchanged several calls then crickets! Do NOT go unless you would like a painful infection and medical bills and then to be ghosted!!! read more

The entire three years that I've been on this side of town, I have been looking for a replacement salon. I just fell upon the salon and I got to meet Victoria. They have your safety in mind with plexiglass barriers up for protection a d everyone has a mask. They don't allow loitering as you must stay in your car until your appointment is up and ready. Victoria is awesome. I do not have the easiest fingernails but she's been a hell of a job every single time. Mani + pedi are awesome!!! read more

I personally get nervous going to a new salon (especially when it's been 3 months since my last pedicure.) As soon as I walked in the ladies all greeted me & were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They went out of their way to make me extra comfy in my seat, natural conversations with me like I've been going to the salon 10+ years. Perfect! They don't even look like fake nails. I had gone to a different salon and tried dip nails for the first time, I loved that they were strong but HATED how thick they looked. Tried Windsor nails because it was close to OSU-OKC. They did amazing! They took the old thick ones off and did a thinner dip, very delicate but still super strong. It's a little nail shop, nothing to big and gimmicky, but, perfect for just getting in and out and leaving with GREAT nails. Also, I'm writing this post 3 weeks after my experience, all my nails are still looking beautiful, just grown out, so I will be visiting Windsor here soon ¨ ......I'm hoping to add on a pedicure this time ;) read more

I'd had a singularly nasty encounter with the former proprietress of this salon, and so I told a good friend of mine (a fellow who now works there) about my experience. He apologized for the incident even though there was no way he could have controlled the former proprietress' behavior all those years ago. He implored me to give Windsor Nails a second chance. I agreed that it was only fair to ask me to try the place now that it was under new ownership and management. I went in for a full mani/pedi AND facial, and was very, very pleased with both the courtesy with which I was treated AND the final results of my hour-long stay. Found this salon on Google maps. Of course looked at reviews and photos online of their work and decided to try it out on my own experience. Was a small place with only two workers but was welcomed very politely by Vicky and she started on my nails right away. I told her exactly what I wanted and she gave me just that! She was very gentle on my nails and very kind and professional on top of that! I will say I am pretty picky with my nails and didn't have a slightest problem with this place! I had a deluxe pedicure with Victoria and she was very thorough and gentle. Pedicure was very relaxing and there was no wait time.

They are more expensive then their work. Paid $50 for a sloppy job. I had to go home and file my nails down and evenly to make them look decent. I would not go back even to fix them. read more

I am beyond disappointed. I spent 3 hours of my day off in this salon and now I have to find a place to take off the mess she put on. I called ahead and asked if she does form nails and she told me she does, but once I got there and she started it became clear that she does not. These are new to me so I made sure to have plenty of pictures and such to be sure she knew what I was asking for. She acted like she had done it all and rushed me into the chair and began fumbling through it trying to play it off. I began noticing things weren't being done or looking as I had seen in all the pictures and videos and began saying things about it but she brushed it off with an "I'll fix it or it'll be like u want, u will see" I showed here plenty of examples of the shape and color I wanted and still she told me that I told her the wrong shape and pretty much it was my fault because she didn't understand! So frustrating! After 3 hours I was just ready to get out of there! Maybe they do well on other things but she could've just said she wasn't as familiar and I would've known going into it rather than blowing $55.00 on amateur work. read more
