I see many bottles polish separate every time I come in. Which leads me to #2. 2. My gels or regular polish NEVER last. The gel chips and the regular polish will chip as well. 3. Some of the nail techs PRETEND to understand you. Spanish is my first language so I get it. There has been times when I've asked the nail tech an open ended question and they would pretend to understand me with a yes response. It's rude. If you don't understand, just say you don't. They're prices are reasonable and SOME of the nail techs are very kind and work hard. But I'm not sure the people who work there are happy or getting paid fairly. Most of them seem miserable to be there and it shows through their massages. I've been there over 100 times since I have lived in Cheshire and I finally think I'm done. To be honest, I only go there because they are usually the only ones that have walk in availability.

There's even an app to see appointments requested, past appointments, etc. I booked myself the Lux pedicure with regular polish and the Gel-x full set with gel polish. Once my appointment was accepted I got there a few minutes early as I have gel polish on my toes already. The shop is in a cute house and is SO clean! First thing first is you have to wash your hands then pick out polish. Stefania did my pedicure and she was super sweet. She helped me find the polish I wanted and when it came to the pedicure OMG I almost fell asleep with how comfortable I was. She was fantastic. She got my nails the shape and length I wanted. My feet look and feel so so great! Onto the nails. Emily is seriously a master at this! My nails are literally perfect. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered. Also, I had a man doing my nails, and he did not know what he was doing. For example, he started off by putting stickers around my and then just dragging acrylic all the way down the stickers. Then, my nail was about 2 inches thick and after he finished the French tip part which wasn't even a French tip. It was just a line across my nails. After that, some other lady came over and had to drill it and redo the whole entire thing and I had plans that I was late for. I also on that day went with my friend, and her nails were bleeding in six different spots. The massage chairs are the standard massage chairs that most salons have and the massage chair worked very well. I had Koko as my nail technician and for the spa pedicure I choose the Mango pedicure. The pedicure began with a mango Sea Salt Soak, and then a mango Sugar Scrub, followed by a mango thermal Mud Masque and at least a 10 minute Massage with mango Cream and hot stones on each foot/leg. After the pedicure I had a basic manicure, and she used a clear coat of polish. While I waited under the dryer she gave me a shoulder massage.

I stopped by around 5pm and told them I needed a polish change with French tip. The polish change cost $20, which is insane but then it was an extra $10 for the French. Highway robbery at its finest. The young lady who was doing my nails was the sweetest ever but boy was she slow. She attempted the French tip on my real nails and they looked horrible. I had to leave with my nails not done, due to time, but told them I'd be back the next day. Came back the next day and we opted for me to just go with a nude color. I got refunded the $10 I paid for and kept it moving. All in all, while the nail tech was pleasant, polite, welcoming and all the things, they are way too expensive and not worth the price AT ALL.
