I always get stuck with this one girl that is horrible. Gives me an attitude when I show a picture or ask for help with picking a color. She cuts my nails crooked, my. Nails are all jagged, does not clip my cuticles, paints the polish so sloppy . I leave with paint all over my hands dirt under my nails. My toes look horrible they don't even paint the full nail. They don't even scrub my full foot during my pedicure only my heel. I left with a hard foot. I didn't go in with dirt under my nails how did that happen? They use dirty towels. Filthy tables .I told the owner I was not happy showed her the horrible job and she did not even offer to fix them :she said next time you can request someone else if your not happy. I just paid $85 for nails and toes and that is the treatment they give horrible customer service . I'm done with this place. Go elsewhere read more

I stopped in for a pedicure because I was in the area. The service was great and it was honestly one of the best pedicures I've ever had, price and quality considered. I will definitely be back and look forward to having my nails done next time too. A word of advice - it appears to be a smaller business so I will definitely be making an appointment beforehand instead of planning to walk in. Would definitely recommend!! read more

Just not a good experience overall. When my nails were all done they just did not look clean, they actually look jagged and uneven. Immediately went to cvs after to buy nail polish in a color I actually wanted. I went with a friend and we were trying to have a conversation but essentially couldn't because the employees were loudly having their own conversation. They used a dirty hand towel to clean my hands before the manicure which is wild because we were the first appointments that day. read more

I went here for a pedicure because I had a gift certificate. It was one of the worst pedi's I've had. The pedi area is so uncomfortable; they don't have individual chairs, it's one long bench like a restaurant booth. They barely massage your legs, then no massage while your nails dry. I wouldn't have gone back if I didn't have remaining money on the gift cert. (The lady almost stiffed me out of money.. she tried to write $25 left when I really had $35 left) I went back for a gel French manicure which actually did look really good and lasted well. I hate to say anything negative but I just have to. This salon is less than subpar. I came here based off google reviews. I had a really hard time getting an appointment here they are understaffed with only 4 ppl working. When I arrived I waited about 15 mins and then I was seated at a chair immediately after another client. They don't practice covid 19 protocol. The station was never wiped down or sanitized. The table was covered in a white dusting type film it had me skeptical. The older women doing my nails kept stopping to to engage in side conversation really loudly in another language with the other staff. I felt like I was not getting the attention I deserved and it was extremely rude and uncomfortable. I know these women are of some foreign type of descent but that is unacceptable service here is America . Maybe if they stopped chatting and stopping while working on clients they could fit in more appointments. My nails did not look that great to be honest. I was given a set of colors and rushed because another client needed the colors. They only had one set of color samples. There also were no prices listed anywhere in the salon. When I paid for my service I think they just made up the price. I was quoted another price when I called over the phone. It was extremely high more than I have ever paid elsewhere. As for the decor and ambiance it was not appealing or relaxing it looked a bit run down. I sat in a pink chair with faux fur that was almost like lightly brown soiled it was almost gross. Like the previous reviews stated the towel was soiled in nail polish and ragged. There was a dark hallway with garbage piled by the door. I noticed the floor had hair strands all over it. There are way better salons in the area that pride them selves In professionalism, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. I will be looking elsewhere for a relaxing experience while getting my nails done. I have 4 children at home and when I go to a salon I want a relaxing experience. read more

My best friend and I went to get our nails done here before vacation and we were not at all happy with how our nails came out. Our Nails were uneven, lumpy and they already looked like they needed a fill walking out of the salon! The ladies that work there were all very nice, so I hate to leave such a bad review, but they definitely need more practice at this profession. Will definitely NOT be coming back. read more

Thanked me for coming in the second I walked through the door, and talked to me the entire time, which was so nice. She checked with me multiple times asking me if my nails looked okay. The girls here are so sweet. The salon is so beautiful and clean you could practically eat off the floor. My nails stay for about 3 weeks and I'm very rough on my hands. You can show them any photo and they will recreate it! I'm always so happy when I leave and they get me in and out in under a hour- amazing! read more
