My husband and I hadn't been back here in a while because of the pandemic and we also moved a little further away. We REALLY missed this place. No other nail salon comes close. They're doing an excellent job following all the CDC guidelines. Everyone is wearing a mask, using hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and they seat the customers apart. I felt very safe and pampered. Tina, Cindy & Joe are always so kind & friendly. Always great customer service. Cindy & Joe did an amazing job on our pedicures as always. The place is very clean & festive with the Christmas decorations. The atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing. I would like to start out by saying this is a nail salon, therefore your technicians should be trained to do any shape of nail. No one should be charged extra for a shape (I chose oval) not a difficult shape. Also a ombré pink and white is not difficult which is contrary to what I was told be it after my service. While your technician did a great job I will not be back due to the ridiculous additional charges for something any nail tech should be capable of doing. I have been to many other salons that do not charge more. You may want to consider changing your fees structure as I will be posting this on Yelp, Facebook and wherever else I feel this needs to be. read more

Absolutely awful service. I came here because I was nearby for work and the service was painstakingly slow. I was convinced to get a pedicure thinking I'd be getting my fill at the same time but boy was I wrong. I was there for 2.5 hours when I just wanted a fill. My fill is awful, the technician used the handpiece on a very high speed and left indentations in my nails. She performed my fill so slowly I wanted to scream. Then to top it all off it cost me a hundred dollars for this terribly slow and unacceptable service. All of the polishes were ancient. I commented on this twice during the base coat and top coat and she told me that they refill the bottles. I replied with "it does not look professional". The gel polish bottles were caked with residue, and the polish was very very thick. So thick that my gel didn't cure properly! Worst service I have EVER received in my 7 years of having acrylics. read more

Went here for my best friends wedding with the bridal party. We all got mani pedis and they were very accommodating! They closed so that our party would be the only ones there. They decorated, man the bride a flower crown, posted a bridal shower sign outside, had mimosas, and snacks! They even had homemade macaroons with the brides name on them! They went above and beyond and we will definitely be back! They made it a day to remember! read more

Beware of one main thing: Everything adds up and they don't tell you up front. While I love attention to detail there is a fine line between taking your time to get it right and taking your time and still doing mediocre work. I have one hand that looks like a pro and the other looks like a novice did it. For the cost, chances are slim on my return. For three colors it was $55. Ok I understand that. Then $5 for a design. I get that too. But $5 to put gel clear coat? Everywhere else I have been doesn't charge?! And she kept answering her cell phone. That being said, she hand painted a spider web beautifully but communication between the tech and customer about pricing needs to be more clear. read more

I've visited Sonny a number of times for massage therapy. I love to swim, bike, and run so I'm always on the look out for someone that can help keep my body on the right track. Sonny never disappoints and he delivers a consistent and amazing massage each time! He is flexible on times and it is easy to schedule an hour or even 90 minutes. I would highly recommend giving him a call if your body needs some therapy or relaxation. He also provides hot stone massage which is great! read more

The ladies are so nice. They will generally go slow but if you ask them to speed it up they will. They do push you for a flower or extra long massage, which cost extra money, but they don't act rude when you turn it down! I'm not sure how artistic they can be with nails other than flowers... Service is always pretty good. My complaint is their prices! I went in today and was charged $18 extra for Shellac on my nails and $18 for Shellac on my toes, for a total of $36 extra on top of the mani/pedi price. My total was $76. I had a $5 coupon from my frequent customer card in which the nail technician turned her nose up about. I don't remember ever paying that much for Shellac at this salon, so I asked for the manager whom had a hard time calculating the math, but said I was charged correctly. Yeah right! I left feeling duped and will never go back! This seemed like fishy business! read more

Great pedicure and manicure. Very nice. However at the very end they told me the total and I asked about the sign on the door. That said 15% off manicures and pedicures and they wouldn't honor it. Today was my first visit to Nails and Spa Today. I highly recommend it based on this experience. It is very clean and all the ladies are so nice. Seems slightly pricey for shellac French manicure and a regular pedicure, but they did a great job on my nails and it is a very nice atmosphere. (The price even included 10% off for pedicures on Mon., Tues. and Wed.) I paid about the same for "the works" recently at a place in Tomball (shellac French manicure w/ wax and pedicure w/ wax and a good shoulder massage). I just didn't feel good about the cleanliness of that place though and my nails did not look as good as they do today. I'll forego the extras there and come back here in the future! Tina did my manicure and Jane did my pedicure. Both were very sweet and friendly, and several of the other ladies spoke to me and were very sweet too. The cleanliness and general atmosphere is definitely worth a lot to me. The salon is located just off of Woodlands Parkway across from the YMCA on Ashlane Way and in a little strip center next to the Valero station. read more
