I have been coming here for several years and was about to quit them due to lack of English-speaking workers, difficulty communicating, harsh use of drills, etc. BUT...they now have new management, and things are changing for the better! I had gel pedicure and dip mani/French yesterday by a charming, professional manicurist named Hana! She was very gentle, precise, took her time and I am pleased with the service and attention and she spoke perfect English. The price was discounted due to new management too! They even served me a beautiful Pina Colada with a strawberry on top (not sure if it had alcohol in it) but who cares! I felt pampered there! read more

Last time I go here. Took the guy 2.5 hrs to put gel on, that was on Saturday by Tuesday it started to peal off by the end of the week 3 nails on the left and 2 on the right the polish was gone. I will not be back. read more

I'll NEVER go to this place again. They're way overpriced for what you get. I got a regular manicure and pedicure and was charged $50, no add-ons. I asked the woman for a French manicure on my fingers three times, and she STILL didn't do it! The woman was very rough, to the point of being painful. Clearly was in a big hurry, although the place was NOT busy. Now I know why. Basic manicure was beyond subpar. I can still feel the roughness around the cuticles of my fingers. I've been getting pedicures and manicures most of my life, and I can honestly say this is one of the worst places I've ever been to. read more

Dianna did an excellent job on my gel manicure! She was friendly and efficient! I would definitely go back to her. $30 for a gel mani which is the same as several other places I called in Maryville. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the first guy I was put with had a very hateful attitude. He spoke very little English so he had to communicate through the owner then got very frustrated with me when I told him he wasn't shaping my nails right after 2 attempts. Both times they were crooked and jagged. I'm sorry but I'm not going to settle for less than what I want just to keep you from getting mad. The owner kindly asked what the problem was and then switched me to Dianna. Apparently his guy is known for having an attitude problem. My daughter had Michael and he did a wonderful job as well. I have had several pedicures here and was very disappointed with the man who was assigned to me. He could not communicate in English at all and there were numerous times that he hurt me. Although I communicated using hand gestures as well as speaking, he continued doing the same things that caused me pain. The technicians nearby would translate for him so I cannot understand this behavior. I have had pedicures in the past with no pain whatsoever. It is not supposed to hurt. I went back several times because my friend likes to go here and I thought if I worked with him a bit, it would resolve. I also talked with management and asked that he be very gentle with my feet. I was given a gift card for 40 dollar pedi. I just moved from Texas and am looking for a good place. I went in was seated. The guy didn't understand English. He gave me the wrong pedi. I ask for jasmine. Got charcoal. He didt cut my nails right. Corners dug in my toes like ingrown and hurt after i left. I had to recut my toes.messed up my polish. Rude rude rude! Sub par mani with no massage. No way to see proof of sterilized process on tools. All the dude nail tech talked about (if not with his friend next to him in a foreign language) is how hungry he was for lunch and was so ready to eat. I said "thank you" (not because I was really thankful, but that's what we do in the south) and he said nothing but a rude stare with his eyes and a dismissive glare. First time visiting this salon, and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an appointment for a manicure same day. Upon arrival I was asked what I was looking for, and after telling them just a regular manicure I was repeatedly pressured by three different staff members to switch from a regular manicure to a gel manicure - even being told my "regular" manicure would only last three days and gel would last three weeks. I stuck to my original request, and my manicurist was doing a great job until a piece of lint from the towel got into my nail polish. She told me it wouldn't show up, and got extremely snippy with me when I requested the nail be fixed. Pros - My manicure lasted almost two weeks which was well over the three days they told me originally. It really looked great too. They had a large selection of polishes in a lot of major brands. And the salon was clean and nicely decorated. Cons - I do NOT appreciate being pressured so much! I understand up selling is key in any business but it was way over the top. I didn't like having to be the one to push to get my nail fixed. I really wish she would've wanted to make it right when I pointed it out. And lastly, I wish they would've asked me to pay before they painted my nails as it was really hard to attempt to pay and not mess up my fresh nails. In the end, I would love to return based on quality alone, but the staff's behavior has made up my mind. They always do a great job. Tommy does my nails and I always get compliments. In the busy season you definitely have to book a day in advance for manicures, but in the slow season you can generally get an appointment the same day. read more

I don't understand why this place is so busy when they treat their customers so awfully. Most of the staff is very rude especially when I asked the nail tech to straighten my nails cause he had them all crooked. Not a fan of this salon. read more
