I decided it would be worth trying a closer option now that I live on the north shore and to be honest, I'm sort of picky, but the reviews here were fantastic so I decided it was worth a shot. WOW, my expectations were exceeded. Don has done my nails each time and does an amazing job. His memory is awesome and he knows exactly how I like my nails, which ones need special attention, and random things I've mentioned about my family. The salon is not the fanciest place I've ever been, but I don't need that - I need a quality experience that allows me to leave with perfect nails. He pays great attention to the work and as everyone has already mentioned, his wife is also very sweet. I feel terrible that my regular nail tech just lost a customer, but I'm so happy to have an option that's closer to my house that offers a great experience.

I do not understand the 1-star review. I've been here at least five times and left 100% satisfied each time. The gel color selection is incredible. The people working here seem to have so much fun! They laugh and talk -- yes, in their language -- but it does not bother me one bit because I can tell they're enjoying themselves, and that makes my experience even more pleasant. Plus, their fun does not interfere with the consistent A+ service I've received here. If you're looking for a place to get your nails done in the Saugus/Lynn/Lynnfield area, this is the place.

The pedicure massage chair pads were ruined/outdated or didn't work, not all the foot basins on the pedicure seats drained or had hot water. There were often flies or bugs around. The heat was set so low I debated bringing in my own space heater. They didn't buy or have any new nail polish to the extent I started buying and bringing my own. Everything about this place went downhill. I do not recommend this place at all.

I also wish that they would have told me that gel was quite a bit more money than the regular, because I had the regular, and I would have just gotten that but I got no price or anything. I should have asked, but I didn't, but again I had the regular nail polish, so they should have just let me get that.
