Over an hour and a half for a mani/pedi, and the whole thing dragged on -- way too slow for a basic service. The final result wasn't great either: my nails weren't symmetrical, and they didn't even bother to clean under them. Details matter, and this place just missed the mark. Went in for a dip manicure and it was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Woman who did my nails argued with me and blamed me for every little thing. I left with my skin stained bright red, and my cuticles ripped up and bleeding from her taking the file and directly trying to get excessive polish off the edges. I had the WORST nail salon experience of my life here. I've gotten my nails done many times (usually different salon), but out of convenience came to the mall. The nail tech did an awful job - I asked multiple times for her to create a round shape with my nails and she continued to make them uneven and jagged. Ultimately she just handed me the nail file and I had to file my own nails because she just wasn't getting it. Cuticle cleaning job was very shoddy. The gel polish she applied was jagged on the tops of my nails and not cleaned on the edges so I knew the gel would lift/chip off my nails very soon. The worst part it, after this was done I very calmly spoke to the owner apologizing for being difficult but asking if I could get my nails fixed by another nail tech. My nail tech came and started SCREAMING at me, saying I was crazy, asking what my problem is, and stating that my nails were "perfect." I am in complete shock and disgusted at how unprofessional this salon is. To top it off in the process the gel that she had put on my nails started to burn when I put it under the light and when I told her she said "just take your hand out and put it back in". Worst spot to get your nails done and they charged me extra for the dumbest things. I got a full set with gel and on there prices it said it would be $40. I ended up paying $64 because she put double gel, the shape and all this other bs they brought up. Unsanitary. The tech doing my nails was barefoot (literally barefoot) and covered in nail debris. I requested my acrylics be soaked off, and she was annoyed by it. I imagine she probably would have shoved a nail tip under there to pry them off had I not asked. So my old acrylics were soaking off, and she sat there on her iPad playing loud music- and didn't say two words to me. Once she had removed the nails, she proceeded to give me a manicure with dirty tools and gloppy polish. I tipped to be nice but I won't be returning. They lack customer service skills, and general pleasant attitude. The whole place had a bad vibe. Don't waste your money. I hope I don't get some kind of infection from this place. Went to get a pedicure with a friend as a walk-in. When we got there, we were told the wait would be 5-10 minutes, and after 20 minutes of sitting in the waiting area, we were finally taken to the back to the pedicure area. Multiple employees walked past us, without any acknowledgement, and no one even turned the water on while we waited. 3 other customers who came after us were taken before us to get their eyebrows waxed because it was "quick", and we were still left waiting. Ultimately after about an hour of being at the salon, one of the workers came over and asked if we came first or the woman sitting in the waiting area, so I said we'd been sitting and waiting prior to her arrival. The worker went away and came back 10 min later, telling us the owner is saying she got there first and would be serviced before us so when I went to discuss this with him, he and another worker started arguing and yelling that the other lady came there first and even when she said we were there before us the employees continued to yell and argue. I walked out of the salon and never intend on going back because this is the worst service I've ever received at a nail salon. Update: the nails fell off in a week and three days. I'm sorry but this place is literally a joke. It's a place for moms who drinks in the morning and leaves their kids to run around the mall and then gets ghetto-looking nails. If you want professional nails done, go to a salon that's not inside a mall. I requested acrylic tips. I showed a picture to the guy doing my nails and very specifically explained to him and funny thing is he explained back to me to make sure. So he starts doing everything and I guess he has a condition where his hands were kinda deformed (for a lack of better words) and shaky, so I felt bad for complaining. Then when he started to do the design, the moment the nail polish touched my nail, I spoke up. In my head, i had already knew it wasn't what I requested. The manager's son running around started off cute and quickly became annoying and clearly unprofessional. He was running into people, sprayed a man's jacket with polish remover (while he was wearing it), ramming my chair with the vacuum, yelling, making a mess, and interrupting my [expensive] visit. The guy couldn't understand a simple request for rounded, black nails with gold French tips. I had to explain it about 10 times, struggled to understand his rushed and thick accent and switched seats about 5 times because he was so confused. He was clearly in a rush and did such a hack job I could hardly believe it. He was VERY rough and terse- not friendly at all. OMG please read the reviews before going here. They are 100% correct. My mom took my daughter and me here when we were visiting because she always saw that they were so busy. I seriously don't know why they are busy. The employees could care less about you. They don't know how to clean, file or paint nails. When I called them out of the gloopy old nail polish they gave poor excuses. The lady went in the front to get another bottle which was even worse after she was exclaiming that it was a new bottle. I just went in to their salon on May 25,2019 and wanted to repair a nail, my pinky acrylic nail fell off. The owner tells me it was going to be a 30 minute wait I told him it was fine and sat down with my friend in the chairs. He instantly kept looking up and down and giving me and my friend dirty looks. I wasn't even sitting for 2 minutes and he yells what color is that on your nails and I said I don't know a peach. And he tells me to get up and show him my nails so I showed him my nails and he doesn't even look at them for 2 seconds and he says We can't do your nails! If I could give them no stars I would. So I went with my friend to get acrylic tips, waited for about 30 minutes before I was helped. Probably the WORST acrylic set I've ever received. For one thing I asked for a specific length and he winged it when he cut them. Then he filed them down so much it made no difference what I asked for. Then he clipped them with craft scissors and cut them all odd angles. After having to politely correct him over 6 times, he painted them and I was so upset because my right hand looked nothing like my left. Then he tried to charge me $10 extra because of the shape, which was MEANT to be square that's a little tapered and he over did it. And tried to charge me for it. I refused to pay anything other than the sign price considering there was no notice. Weird experience. Walked in and just stood there until i asked about waxing then instructed to go to the back. A man was literally sleeping in a chair. The wax room is also a lunch room judging by the smell and containers on the floor. Immediately noticed the worn out sheet on bed with no disposable mat for each customer. Wax in a covered pot. She did a good job but why a big piece of cotton used instead of two smaller pieces on my chin felt odd I will not return due to the overall unclean and unprofessional vibe. I thought this place was pretty disgusting in regards to cleanliness. I asked in the beginning if I could tip using my credit card and the woman told me yes. I understand that cash is advantageous to the techs, but I didn't have any on me and the place was dead. I politely declined, but he continued to ask (there's an up charge for designs... and I just didn't want one!). After 45 minutes of just sitting, even though people were available, they finally came to us. My husband was getting a simple manicure and pedicure and i was getting just a simple pedicure. According to their price up on the wall...the pedicures should have been $20 each and the manicure for my husband, less than that . However, they charged my husband almost $80 !! My husband informed me, and i did tell him that was wrong, but he left because he was so upset and the lady doing my pedicure still wasn't finished. When I was done, I went to the man up in the front and I asked him why did they charge my husband much more compared to what their price says...he said 'oh you guys got the spa package' hmm no we did not???? if putting lotion on our legs was a spa package...what the hell...and nor were we even asked to put lotion...first of all...other nail salons put lotion on your legs for free..so how is this even a spa package. I don know when was the last time i felt so upset...because they clearly do not care. that they are liars. I went to get my nails done for semi worst thing ever I come and we have an appointment and we get instantly seated. However we had taken a lady's spot who had been waiting for 45 min and got yelled at despite we had been called over. I sit down and instantly not saying hi takes my nails and the man asks what color I want. I tried to show him a picture but he did not even look at the picture and repeatedly asked what color I wanted. After doing my nails not gently what's so ever it was time for me to wash the powder from the acrylic thing off. He points me to a sink and I wash my hands I dried them off and when I come and sit down he shakes his head and is disappointed and how I dried them and takes a paper towel and begins to scrub my nails completely dry and talking about me to the lady next to me. I tried to explain again what I wanted and to show him the picture but he seemed annoyed by me. Finally he agrees to do what I had asked and he goes and gets the nail polish. After a coat I accidentally hit my nail and the side and he had to just put another layer over it. He takes my hand shaking his head and says why u do that. And begins to speak in an Asian language frustrated to the Asian woman next to me. When my nails are done I notice that they are crooked and look out of place due to the acrylic nails looking smaller than my actual nail. My Cuticles were not cut and can clearly be seen making it look like grown out nails but the nails in the picture below were from today. As I walked in all the workers were busy accept for one who I believe to be the owner. He was sitting on a pedicure chair scratching his balls while I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to start my nails. Finally a worker walked in to do my nails. He was wiping his hands on his nose and coughing in my face. On top of this, he was sloppy and unprofessional. He cut my cuticles with a machine and made me bleed. Then he proceeded to complain about me coming at 8:30 because apparently it was too close to closing which was 9:30. He was irritated because I asked for a 3rd coat. This place just looks dirty. There are guys and girls giving the service, much made me a little uneasy. The man who did my toes kept coughing on them! It was gross. This is the WORST place to go to. I went in with my mom to get a pedi but I was persuaded to getting a mani as well, I didn't mind that because it's been awhile since I've treated myself to one. A short older looking female attended to me. While she was doing my pedi I noticed that she didn't clean or scrub the bottom of my feet so I brought that to her attention & she told me my feet weren't rough underneath & I didn't have alot of callus so she doesn't need to clean the bottom of my feet; but if I wanted the bottom of my feet clean I would have to pay an extra $3. I know $3 isn't alot, but I figured if I was paying for a pedicure the bottom of my feet should be scrubbed as well. I specifically told her I wanted no design on my toe but she went ahead & did it anyways, stating that it would be on her. I asked her how much the cost will be & she stated $20. Then we proceded to doing my mani, after she was done she handed me the bill, which read a total of $50. I politely asked her why am I being charged an extra $5 when a pedi is $20. She then raised her voice at me & told me it was because of the design; which I clearly did not ask for. I then politely told her I don't mind paying the $5 but next time for her not give me the wrong price information & then lie to me saying the design was free. She got upset & compared me to her daughter, stating she had a daughter my age & I should shut up & not speak to her that way & kept yelling & speaking to me in a very unprofessional manner. I spoke with the manager about it & he told me I talked too much & that I shouldn't tell him how to run his business. I was appalled by his statement & the way he spoke to me among everyone. I was fortunate that my mom was there to calm me down because it wouldn't have been worth making a deal out off. Walked in for a last-minute manicure with my friend. I was sat down quickly and requested a normal manicure, NEVER SAID GEL. The lady started to do my nails, then just got up and left because she had an appointment. Sitting for 15 minutes, they told me to get up (on crutches) and to walk to the other seat because the other lady wouldn't work on me unless I did. Finally, this lady started working on me and put on a USED white glove. It literally had brown marks on it. Then she grabbed the tools to clip my cuticles and proceeded to poke the outlining of my nail making it bleed and cut my thumb too short. The lady was very rude and did a terrible job. I could've done better myself instead of wasting an hour. Then she demanded $25. $25? I never asked for gel and you want $25 out of me when you barely painted half of my nail? Are you kidding me? Fast forward, she puts the tools back into the case and puts in a box machine, not even cleaning it. Now, waiting for my friend to get her pedicure done, the lady puts on another pair of used gloves and does her nails poorly. While waiting for my friend to finish the man ran to the bathroom, utilized it, and left the door open to stink up the place. Disgusting. This place is a ripoff. I think this place is good most days. I have been going there for several months now with my 2 daughters. Today was the worst experience I had there. Mind you the gentleman who did my nails was fantastic, but the owner is so greedy it is unbelievable. The lady who was doing my daughters nails asked her to move over and the Bottle of nail Polish fell on the floor and broke. The owner of the shop said I had to pay for it the full $6 when the bottle wasn't even half full. I had my kids with me so I didn't argue with her, but she was the one who painted my youngest daughters nails, so if your nasty to your customers what happens is you get no tip!!
