I remember feeling nervous the first time around and I researched until I couldn't anymore, I booked many appointments and ended up canceling, until I found Serene (and honestly I had no clue why I stuck with it lol) it was fate, I guess...but I've been going since January and I still remember Spencer walking me through the entire process and making me super comfortable. I've been going ever since and I absolutely love it! It's quick and painless. Fast forward to after the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed down, Serene has taken many measures like requiring face masks, checking temperatures, and even having us wait in our cars, so that we are in contact with as little people as possible. Second of all, Jessica is such a sweet heart and makes you feel so comfortable! The Westhiemer location location and I were playing ohone tag all day. Since my waclxer Stephanie left,i had to switch to Sonia. But i could not get a hold of her,and every time she would call me back,i was busy! Lol! It is a good thing their wax passes are transferrable betwren locations! This location is a bit further away for me,as i come from the Willowbrook area,but the service Jessica provides is worth it. Everything from the shop front aesthetic,to the cleanliness of the establishment,to the retail display,it's PERFECT. Jessica has never been my waxer,as i have always followed Stephanie from EWC to Serene,but i would gladly return to her. I initially made an appointment w/ their Westheimer location bc of the great reviews, but Jessica mentioned their Katy location and I decided to go there since it's only 15mins from my home. The place was easy to find and it's located in an up and coming strip w/ plenty of parking. The building was spotless and Jessica greeted me upon arrival. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. We discussed what I wanted to do to my brows, and I trusted her judgement and let her work her magic. She made small talk while working on my brows and she was very gentle. I have zero pain tolerance and I just knew this was going to hurt, but somehow she made it feel like a little pinch.
