Pow Nails didn't have any Cat Eyes Apparatus to do the Design's With. Unfortunately you don't know this until my Acrylic Fill had already BEGUN. The guy with the Pregnant Wife and the Hollering out of Control 2-Year Old was Extremely Rude and Disrespectful. The 2-Year Old was Throwing A Terrible Temper Tantrum Disrupting The Atmosphere! I have Never Seen or Heard Anything Like This Before In My Entire Life. The guy doing my Nails Was Upset that I Complained About His BABY! All the Worker's Were Catering To This 2-Year Old. When she mentioned the name Michelle and the salon she used to work at, I knew that was my Michelle from so many years ago. Needless to say, I've been going to Michelle since August 2021 and will stay with her for as long as she's available. She even remembered me!!! I already had a French manicure that was a week old and already looked pretty terrible. But what really made me go in was the HUGE BLACK AND BLUE middle nail from a softball game. At one point there were 3 technicians surrounding me trying to figure out how to cover up the discoloration and still get the natural color for my engagement pictures! Overall, my nails turned out fabulous and they really did everything to a T. Most places get you in and out ASAP but they did this AND made sure it was done right! Both times, I've gotten a pedicure and both times have been great. The pedicure is worth the money. I wish they had more nail colors available for regular polish since I don't do dip or gel but I always think they do a nice job. My husband has also gone to get a pedicure and he loves it. It's very clean and sleek in there. They offer you a complimentary drink when you sit down. I will 100% keep coming back.

She recently did my hair again in July 2020 and I LOVE it. Because I'm the type to only go to get my hair done twice a year, she gave me a balayage that will be low maintenance. I arrived at 4:50 and a woman told me they were closed. All I said was "Oh I just called and was told I could come." and some guy rudely said "I don't care that you're already in here. We're already closed. I don't care if the door is not closed." I don't know why that escalated so quickly, but I'm glad it did because I will not spend money with people who think it's OK to be rude to customers for no reason.
