Trendy new nail salon with a chic urban feel. The waiting area allows for plenty of seating as you wait. I was able to call ahead and schedule a manicure the same day. The staff quickly greeted me on arrival and allowed me to browse the nail polish color collection. Today they happened to have a special going on, free margarita with any service. It was a nice touch and made for a relaxing first experience. My manicure was spot on and left my hands rejuvenated and ready to hit the town.

Just left this place and immediately had to give a review! Got these nails for taylor swift and I am IN LOVE with them. The woman doing my nails was so nice and it was a very pleasant experience. I think they turned out great and I would highly recommend this salon.

Luna did an amazing job. Urban Polish always has the friendliest staff, and my nails always come out amazing.

This is day 4. Always getting compliments

Ombré French tip dip with chrome done by Katie amazing and took really good care of my brittle nails. Absolutely turned out gorgeous. Pinky/red dip Ella was able to take me last minute - the day of! She did amazing as well! This place is great being close to home and very kind people. Definitely will be continuing here :) read more

Highly recommend Kong for one of the most relaxing pedicures!! I've been here just a few times for a pedicure and be sure to schedule ahead of time, as they can get busy. I've been very grateful for my experiences but after having Kong, she will be my preferred pedicure-ist going forward. Plenty of parking out front and a very clean studio! read more

My daughter & I made appointments for pedicures. They were easy to contact. They had 4 nail technicians who were all very nice. It was clean. There are a lot of colors to choose. They did nice thorough pedicures. They also take Venmo as a payment option. I would definitely go back. read more

My manicures have never last this long (3+ weeks)!! I'm currently on week three of my nails and I have no snagging in my hair no breakage no chipping and they've grown out beautifully. You couldn't even tell that it's been three weeks. They do an amazing job, everyone is super friendly, the salon is clean and quick to get you in and out without skipping important steps. Was not impressed with service being a first time customer. The nail tech was unprofessional and aggressive in trying to upsell and complaining about other issues which in turn led to me getting a terrible pedicure in which the paint nearly slid right off after sitting in the chair for over 20 min not even under a fan for the toes, clearly I was not ready but because she had set the massage chair to 10 min- and I sat an extra 10 cuz I knew it was not enough- they rushed me out for payment asking right away how which form of payment I was going to use. I paid with cash and there was no receipts, no tax added, nothing just hand the cash and walk away. I went back in to request a receipt and because they use 'clover' the machine printed a CASH receipt. ‍. They were nice in printing it out for me, but you'd think that is standard practice in ANY business! When I went back in to request a receipt, she looked at me and said ' oh but I gave you a punchcard' ?! I just looked at her and she proceeded to find a way to print me a receipt. Its not personal - but they could have done a better job and I'm unhappy with the quality of my pedicure. ‍ read more
