The one on the phone had NO idea what that was, despite me repeating it several times. Appointment was made for two days later. A couple of hours after said appointment was made, I received a call from them: "Hi, the appointment I booked for you at date, time: she is booked. So I have to cancel your appointment." There was no "Hey, I'm going to book you with someone else" or "Can you come in (at another time)?" Guess they don't need the business.

It was really making me sad the music was sad. I asked again she went to ask if she changed it but it seemed to bother her and the other employees. She did finally change it to a cooking channel, When I paid I added the tip up wrong and it was not 15 percent. She would not reschedule with me but she said "Sorry about your father." When I went to the car I realized I didn't tip her enough so I went back in and gave her more money to make it 15 percent tip. I apologize and said I was so sad I couldn't think straight. She said "Thank you" but refused to ever book with me again, I guess 15 percent tip is not good enough and I guess being sad for your father's funeral is to much work on her end. Don't go to this place and please go somewhere where you will be treated with respect. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

One of the worst sets I've ever gotten. The service was very rushed and I hate to talk down about…read moresomeone's work but my nail tech personally was a a little aggressive w/ the way she was grabbing and tossing back my hands and her technique compared to other nails techs was not good. The glitter I chose was not used, the shape is lopsided and they are not all the same length, the tips are far too big and uneven and also not the V-Tip I wanted. To do the tips she covered almost my entire nail bed with white polish and tried to sloppily clean it up with a brush and acetone, leaving a white cast over the rest of the nails. When I mentioned this she said it was because the acetone is not clear and the clear nail polish will fix it. I again asked that she clean it up more and she sloppily and hurriedly went over it again with the acetone but didn't clean up not one thing. Two of nails also smeared under the light because she put so much polish on and it was so thick and I had to mention it 3 times for her to fix it. She asked me "why?" and blamed me for not putting my hands under the LED light correctly. I get my nails done often and never have this issue. The sides of nails have no polish on them at all. I could go on and on about how horrible my nails were after getting them done here. I will be going to another nail salon to get them reshaped and to remove this awful polish job because looking at them makes me upset all over again. I'm never stepping foot in this place again.
