Depending on who you get as your nail technician will HEAVILY decide the outcome on your nails, which is crazy for a well established nail salon, the consistency should be pretty much the same throughout, same quality and outcome. Some of the nail technicians cannot do a simple French tip and some of them cannot use builder gel correctly. I care deeply about my nails and the appearance of them and honestly the last two times I've gone it's been terrible. But when I get the right person it's the best so there's no in between. I'd give lower stars but not everyone there is bad. I do believe there needs to be some kind of training to establish a baseline and to grow from that baseline. Cutting corners when customers are spending hundreds of dollars a month, is just bad business and will ultimately hurt the business.

The girl doing my nails literally did nothing but file my nails down. I honestly felt like I needed someone else to step in and take over. The pedicure took maybe 10 minutes, and it was easily one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. There was little to no effort put into the service. What really made me uncomfortable was when the manager told the nail tech that she was supposed to be doing my full set, and her response was, "Umm, okay?" The lack of confidence in that response immediately made me question whether she knew what she was doing. At that point, I decided I wasn't comfortable allowing her to do my full set, so I left without getting it done. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but when I'm paying for a professional service, I expect effort, confidence, and quality. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any of those today. I would definitely recommend making an appointment. Edit: this place is really hit or miss depending on who you get. Some of the employees do not listen or understand what you may be asking for. If the owner is there she will usually set things straight, but otherwise it's a bit difficult. My last appointment took 2 hours for a pedicure and no-chip, but it was because I walked in during a super busy time.
