I was in town for a family event and I was unable to get my nails done before I left Denver. Being Easter weekend, most of the nail salons were booked Friday so I went to the mall. I did look at the negative reviews so I was a little nervous going in but I had to get my nails done. I was very pleasantly surprised. Eva was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! Very friendly,.gentle with my nails, my nails look great! I received a rebase with gel powder and then shellac for the polish. She was even very informative of how I should take care of my nails. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was because the pedicure I received was just ok. The massage was very good but the polish application was just ok. I had to clean up polish that got on my skin when I could take a shower. I would definitely go back and ask for Eva to do my nails. read more

So this was my first visit and last. I feel like I was rushed, she didn't even scrub to see if I had any dead skin on my feet and I asked her for acrylic toes.......well soon as more customers walked in she said she was gonna just overlay my toes with acrylic instead of added the nails to my toes like I asked. The design was whack and the coat of polish wasn't well at all. I didn't want to be a bitch so I just told her I wasn't satisfied with the service. I know people don't want to miss customers but still take your time because every customer is a paying customer but every customer isn't a tipping customer and I always tip 20-30% but not today. Went here for a pedicure and no chip manicure. Pedicure was decent, nothing extraordinary. The no chip manicure was terrible. The nail tech did a messy job and the polish was all on my skin. Which made them peel off within a day. When I asked her to fix it she just clipped it around the edges. The manicure did not last and lifted within a couple days. The manager here was very unpleasant when I came to this salon. Not only did she not greet me, she didn't ask what I wanted in terms of length of my nails. I wanted the glitter polish, and when she was finished, the glitter was just hanging off the tip of my nails. She did not file them away and the glitter did not look like what it's supposed to be. Took myself and my daughter in to get our nails done for her graduation. The employees were great,very friendly with both of us. But when my nails started growing out they were attached to my cuticle and ripped it off,I got an infection from it. The experience was good but the product wasn't. read more

Not too much to brag about with this place. It 's nasty,dirty and the services is terrible .The Nails Tech not have much skill and experience do Artificial nails, pedicure and manicure.Can't get any worse than is horrible place.My pedicure was about 10 minutes long and both of my feet is hurting from too much shaving by the Nails Tech. Would definitely go to upstair Nails Salon called "MODERN NAILS" by JCPenney and Bergner's.This place have much skill and experience.They do a better job. read more
