When I politely texted her about it, instead of trying to fix the issue she basically fired me as a client and told me to find another nail shop. I was honestly confused because I never disrespected this woman or caused any problems. She also clearly does not like when clients speak up about not liking a color or ask for changes, and that's the only reason I can think of for the attitude switch. What makes it even weirder is she acted completely normal when I left, then even texted me Happy Mother's Day the next day. So this whole reaction came out of nowhere. The crazy part is I never even asked for a refund. She immediately offered one before I even mentioned money. I take pride in my self-care and simply wanted my nails fixed after a poor application job. Instead of standing behind her work, she chose to tell me not to come back. I was nothing but nice and respectful the entire time, so this whole situation was disappointing and honestly unprofessional.

I accidentally went 5 weeks once but they still had almost no lifting. I usually get nail art and Tony does a great job recreating the photos I bring.
