I wasn't sure if they would be able to do the design I wanted so I showed them a picture and they were confident that they could. Waited about 5 minutes while looking for the colors I wanted before Holly sat down and started working on my nails. Holly did such a great job! Understood exactly what I wanted and made sure to show me before putting it under the light to cure. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes! Total came out to $95 Definitely coming back to get a fill once my nails grow out :)

I have had a lot of so-so pedicures and a handful of amazing ones. Linda is a talented nail tech and caring person. I actually had a lot of compliments on her work and I appreciate them myself. I was able to book an appointment via the phone the day before and when I went in I was sat right away, no waiting. It was packed and everyone was so busy but I do feel like my reservation was valued, where sometimes at other salons it doesn't feel like it means anything. 5 star service all around and many thanks to all of the helpful people who work here but especially Linda.

I'm very picky about my nails and she did a great job. I would highly recommend her nail salon and would return. I called for an appointment about 30 minutes prior to request a manicure and a spa pedicure. Upon arrival her shop was very clean, tidy and welcoming. Before she started the services she explained to me the pricing to make sure I was comfortable and I appreciated her transparency and honesty. During and after she checked in and asked me how I liked the mani and pedi. Lastly, I had some work done on my two big toes and she didn't try to upsell me on things that were not healthy for my feet (e.g., acrylic overlay). She truly cares about her customers and what's best for them and their overall health and the kind of look they desire.

Yesterday, Nina was not available, so me and two friends went for manicures and pedicures and we all walked away disappointed for different reasons. First of all, my pedicure was incredibly painful. I was burned by scalding hot water, and then the lady doing my pedicure scrubbed me until I bled in multiple places. My nails also have cuts on basically every finger, which has never been an issue for me before. Both my friends and I were dissatisfied with the outcome of our manicures, as none of the women doing our nails listened to what we wanted. We got these mani-pedis in preparation for my big birthday trip in a few days and I'm really sad that I'm not only cut up, but left with sub-par nails. I'm sad to say I won't be returning :(
