I came with her when I was younger for my first pedicure but totally forgot about this place. I've been on the hunt for the best pedicure in town and have tried multiple nail salons but they just weren't it when it came to pedicures. Then my mom suggested Grace Nails. The technicians here are just something else. Beyond hospitable, hard working, sweet, and so attentive. I have never been to a nail salon that goes above and beyond like they do here. I got the French pedicure ($30) which included a hot stone massage on the calves and feet. The massage chairs here are the comfiest chairs ever and the massages the technicians themselves do are amazing. Note: they do not do acrylics and only accept tip in cash. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem. You won't be disappointed!

I thought it was for 5 minutes but it was for more than 10 minutes, maybe about 12 or 13. When I went to pay, she told me $40. I said you stated it was $35 and she said $40 for quick dry. I never asked for this and she didn't say anything about this, just 'quick dry'. I don't like deceitful business practices. If she does this for this, she probably does it for other things as well. The language is also a barrier. I won't be returning here.

My appointment was with Kelly and all seemed well until I got home and noticed my hands didn't match and 1 hand(4 nails) only were chrome and the rest were glitter. I went back and she fixed it in about 10 minutes and now they look absolutely perfect. I had to ask the owner if there would be a charge for fixing it and he said no problem. Once again the front desk was very nice but I think Kelly seemed annoyed but I paid $45 for a polish change with chrome and tipped her 20%. I'm not one to complain or go back for repairs but I'm very satisfied now. Not sure yet if I'll be back - hopefully they last at least 3 weeks.

Im telling someone 6 times what I want - knowing that many artists have and can complete the task- is insane. Also expressing that I wanted alternating colors and an artist telling me I can only pick two is also insane. I've been trying to save time by staying in the suburbs for self care but it looks like we're going to have to go to the city. The design was pretty. But the service and nail care was sub par. I also had to get clear on the price which was another task in itself And there are too many salons that offer exactly what you're looking for , with great service and don't skip parts or nail care to rush you out of your service in an hour or 90 minutes. I of course called the owner immediately, the arrogant SOB, and he didn't offer any refund or anything except to come in and let them fix it. She took her time caring for my cuticles and nails! The attention to details was great! I walked out with strong, beautifully polished nails and moisturized hands and cuticles!
