I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. I tried calling to schedule a time to get it fixed however never received a call back on the voicemail I left.

Since it was a slow day the owner was the one working and no other workers or customers were there so it was a bit disconcerting at first but I quickly got over this because her skills and service were top notch. I never asked for this and she didn't say anything about this, just 'quick dry'. I don't like deceitful business practices. If she does this for this, she probably does it for other things as well. My appointment was with Kelly and all seemed well until I got home and noticed my hands didn't match and 1 hand(4 nails) only were chrome and the rest were glitter. I went back and she fixed it in about 10 minutes and now they look absolutely perfect. I had to ask the owner if there would be a charge for fixing it and he said no problem. Once again the front desk was very nice but I think Kelly seemed annoyed but I paid $45 for a polish change with chrome and tipped her 20%. I'm not one to complain or go back for repairs but I'm very satisfied now. Not sure yet if I'll be back - hopefully they last at least 3 weeks.

This salon is 5 mins from my house and I decided to check it out based on reviews. The shop is clean and well maintained with a good selection of regular and no chip colors. No chip has been my preference for a long time so that is what I went with. The work is awesome, the second time I went to them, I threw out a design I wanted (learning some places really don't do designs for no chip) and they really put a lot of heart into it! I walked away a happy client. My first no chip was $45 and the second $50; a little pricey but again, the work was awesome in my opinion.
