Not sure if my nail gal was new but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. First I asked for thin white French using and powder. Didn't get that at all. I know this makes me sound bad but it's frustrating when your nail tech doesn't say much but laughs and giggles to her coworker speaking Vietnamese the whole time. So you can't help but think they're talking about you. I told her I didn't like how the other place I went to put the gel coating on thick and I didn't want that this time. But it's thick and looks more like glue than a top coat. Each nail is a diff shape and length. She cracked one and tried to fill it using the acrylic powder. She kept dipping the nails into the powder over and over. So they're too thick. She could also cut my skin as if it were the nail bed. Then in the end she asks if I liked them. I had to lie because I felt I spent more than enough time there and just didn't want to be there anymore.

They have all the prices laid out (no hidden charges) and have a fair repair policy. There are times I have broken my nails and they will always help me repair them at no extra charge. Last night I returned after going to another nail salon and it reminded me of why I miss going to the place. There are so many colors to choose from and they have a nice display so you can choose the perfect shade. I got a pedicure which included shaping/cuticle trim, color, sugar exfoliator, foot mask, mud mask, and a massage for cheaper than other places! My feet were super soft once I was finished. Then the nails! I normally just do a solid color but the tech seemed very comfortable with designs. At the last minute, I switched from a solid color to wanting polka dot nails. He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! The shape is perfect too!

They got me in with just a couple minutes wait but the chair I was sat in was not fully cleaned. The whole left arm was covered in nail dust which was disgusting. The massager apparently only works if the person doing your nails turns on a button which is not always possible given they havegloves on while working on your legs. They offered a drink but couldn't quite tell me the alcoholic options. I just asked then for wine and was greeted with a large red glass and water which I do appreciate. As for the pedicure I did select one and they last came out with a different saying it was on sale the same price for this month which was nice. However I never got to choose my scent which was show on the menu . Overall the pedicure was fine. It was nice it included paraffin was at not a crazy price. Nothing wild. I just really wish the chair would have been cleaned and I could keep the massage chair going throughout the experience. I also saw a different guest was shown other options for pedicures that were on promotion that would have been nice to know about.
