Four weeks earlier I had a new set of acrylic nails put on at *another nail salon* nearby that was SO badly done I needed them fixed. A crap shoot, but I decided I'd try Alice Nails after reading reviews for them to see if someone could salvage the nail set and I'd also get a pedicure while there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't have an appointment for Alice Nails, just walked in. It was 10 am on a Thursday, and I was welcomed asked what services I'd want and was seated in the pedicure chair[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I was greeted by Brian who began my pedicure. I just got a Classic pedicure. He was gentle and did a great job (and fixed 3 of my toes when I messed them up hitting my sandal on the chair when getting up!). Brian also was doing my nails so we moved to his nail station. He shook his head when he saw the thick awful acrylic nails I had on and what a terrible job the other salon did. He began grinding off the excess acrylic and reshaping. He fully removed lifting areas of the old acrylic by the cuticle and reglued my natural nail on the back of the existing tip without me having to ask him to do it. He has done this a long time and it showed as he corrected all the nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He checked in with me often for the look I wanted (a natural looking nail) and asked often about length/shape and if it was okay. He took in account that my natural nails are quite thick also.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was not charged extra for the time he spent correcting the first set of nails. He obviously was super experienced and knew what he was doing. I'm SO happy with my nails now and I think they are the best look I've had for my nails in years. While Alice Nails is nothing fancy inside (no bar with drinks, no crystal chandeliers), you WILL get good services for a very reasonable cost without upselling or pressure. The only slight negative was that the salon could use a really good cleaning and dusting and the restroom needed some attention too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was able to book an appointment for next month and received a text confirmation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Heck, maybe I'll even bring hubby in for a pedicure and then take him out for a date afterwards! I absolutely recommend this nail salon! I went in today after seeing a recommendation from a co worker, I already have a nail place that I had recently found not too far from there. I walked and was beautifully greeted by Sofia, and was seated right away. Today's pedicure by Kevin has been the BEST by far, he was caring and very gentle, very communicative throughout the pedicure. My nails were done by Sofia and came out absolutely perfect, she's friendly and works very quickly (She did dip). I also did my eyebrows and completely missed her name, but I believe she's the owner's wife, very friendly and did a great job. Found this location almost a year ago and love it! Everyone is so nice. Very clean and everything sterilized. Able to make appointments and be seen right on time. I love all the techs but have been seeing Lisa mostly. I normally get a pedicure with her. Always leave looking great. Prices are great as well. Probably the worst nails I've gotten done by far. I've never had this type of experience ever in a salon. The lady was super rude. I needed het to fix my salon 3 times and she still couldn't get it right. On top of that, my nails were super thick and wide. Wasnt what I had asked for. I was charged $70? for this awful set. I've gone to this nail salon before a few times but won't be back again. I got a Gel Manicure a week ago & already FOUR GEL nails are chipped. Usually when I get gel mani - it lasts up to 2-3 weeks! The gel polish honestly feels like cheap & thin. These don't feel like gel nails at all, they feel like a regular mani polish. I feel like they just put a super thin layer of polish on and called it good. My nails felt flimsy after the service even though with gel manicures I've gotten from other places made them feel stronger. Now I'm gonna have to go somewhere else to get them redone after I just paid $30 for them. So disappointed. read more

Nails ok-pedi was excellent-wax services great but..DO NOT get your eyelash extensions done here!! First off she did them with eyes open vs closed so all the glue drips directly into your eye I specifically requested 10-11's but she put on 12's. Lastly the 40 minute rush job shows in every way. Eyelashes clumped, not each lash done, criss crossed etc She of course asks if there ok when your eyes are still on fire and your vision is blurry, so you say yes just to end the experience. Thank goodness they started to fall off the very next day. This was the worst eyelash job I've had done in 5 years and although I recommend the other services at this shop...beware of the eyelash 90$ full set as it's s complete waste of money. read more

First timer. Feeling blah, my back is hurting I thought a pedi would be nice. The price is okay so that's neat but I'd pay more to get a better pedi. Super rushed, not what I asked for...nor could I communicate that to him do to language barrier, and this is what makes me sad. I'm home. It is a couple hours later and my blanket peeled off the french part of the tips. So that's nice. Now I need to do it my self basically they put the top coat on way to quickly to the point that hours later it's still wet under. The GOOD. NO APPT AND ONLY WAITED LIKE 10 MINUTES. THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THE BAD...AS ABOVE. I WASTED MY MONEY. AND I'M KIND OF SAD. P.S. kind of really sad about that. read more

I went there with my sister. Tim helped my sister he did an awesome job! Holly did my nails and she sucked! One. I didn't like how she did my right hand so I asked her to redo it she said she didn't have time cause she had an appointment waiting in the lobby which I think is poor work ethic. I was her current client and she should've taken care of me first. She said I could wait for another employee to do my nails but it would be a one hour wait. I paid fifty dollars for a set of nails I didn't even like but stuck with them because I didn't have time to wait another hour. Okay so this is the third time I came here this week and each time they ask me to come back cause they are booked. They should just put a sign outside saying "appointment ONLY" not only do they ask me to come back but they made me sit in the lobby for ten minutes before they even acknowledged me to tell me that they can't even help me. Queen creek needs more nail salons cause the ones we currently have aren't cutting it. read more
