We ran into for a quick manicure. My sister sat side by side. I noticed my manicurist station was dirty. Even the gel lamp was dirty. Towel was dirty. Test my sister Maicurist station was very clean. I don't often get my nails done, but was taking my four year old niece on a valentines date that obviously had to include getting our nails done! I called ahead to see if they were able to accommodate children and they let me know they didn't do full services, but would happily paint her nails! The spa itself is small, with 8 or so chairs for nails and pedicure stations. The nail polish selection wasn't huge, but offered ample choices. They also offered complimentary water bottles and snacks, which was a nice touch and obviously big hit with my niece. They weee able to get us in on a walk in and were great with my niece. Lots of patience and answered her never ending "Why" questions. I also got a basic nail painting, both cost ten dollars, which I thought was very reasonable. Overall they made the visit easy and fun for my niece. My polish started chipping after a day, which I know isn't uncommon, but didn't even outlast my own diy polish, so not sure if it was a one off. I of course can't speak for a full manicure, but for a walk in visit and specific circumstance, was a positive experience overall. read more

My wife has been coming here for years. She had her nails done and they didn't listen and did them too long. She goes back and the guy there treats her bad and does a bad job with her nails. He barely talks to her. The nails are rough and crooked. She goes back again and this time I go with her and see the manager treating her bad for coming back and asking for something to be fixed. They don't own up to their mistakes and if you ask them to make it right they pout and barely talk to you. As long as you think they will do a perfect job each time and you will never ask for any redo's, they will love you ..... sort of. Ask for something to be fixed and they barely talk to you. A lot of our money went to this place over the years so we're moving on. You can't drive a mile without seeing six more places to choose from. read more

I came here because of the 4.5 star rating and I have no idea why this place is rated so high. I got a pedicure and dip powder and left so upset with how my nails turned out. The nail tech gave me cuts on two fingers, left me with chunks of my nails missing without dip, and multiple crooked nails. I can't believe my nails look this bad. The pedicure was good, but the guy who did it didn't even ask what type of pedicure i wanted? I originally wanted a deluxe and he gave me a classic without even asking. Typical older nail salon with an addition of "ma" snoozing in a pedi chair while "pa" was watching a movie and possibly doing paperwork in another. No personality, no talking, bad spa music and hideous decor. And a very limited selectIon of colors! And then there was the manicure... painful to start and ended with clumpy, lumpy nails. Heather did my pedicure. Only nail salon I will go to! I am very very very picky and they know how to take care of me. My manicure technician is Mai and dies my pedicure paint and design. There is a guy who's been there for a while he does my pedicure which he is great at the messaging with right pressure and clean up the feet but when he is done I personally have my nail tech Mai do the paint just my preference. Well....the length of each nail is different, white not done as asked, nails not shaped correctly and on top of that they charged me 60.00. I will be driving a bit further going back to my normal place getting them done how I asked and looking much better for 45.00. Went here to have my nails fixed from another salon and a fill and absolutely loved it! Its hard to find someone who is good at short acrylics that still look natural! I got a large cut down, reshape, and fill and couldnt be more satisfied for $30! My friend got hers and is very hesitant cause "no one can ever get even shape coffin, thin, and durable" and they absolutely did it! This was my first time going to NailsUnlimited, I had an overall good experience. I went last Saturday at around 11 there was no waiting time and the girl who did my manicure although didn't speak that much English I was happy with the way she did my nails. She took her time and was detailed oriented. The one thing I didn't like is that as soon as I got in the manager (I suppose) approach me and ask me quickly what I wanted, I said a manicure and she just said "gel manicure Is $25 and with OPI polish is $2 more ok ok?" I felt rush by her question and I was just trying to look at the prices... the basic manicure with regular polish is $14. Three major reasons I don't plan on coming back. 1. Pricing is extremely inconsistent. I really don't like that. I've been here 3 times for the same service. Dip nail, single color, no designs or anything fancy. The first time I was charged $58, the second time I was charged $55, and the third time I actually added a service (dip nail removal) and was charged $45. 2. Every time I have come to this salon, there's an issue with my nails. They're either not dipped properly so the color doesn't cover the entire nail or they're lumpy or sloping. (See photo for sloping nail). All of my nails are always different shapes and lengths. They never look uniform. Il 3. They are very aggressive. They're constantly aggressively filing my nails. I always have to tell them they're hurting me. They've cut my skin before while doing my cuticles. Worst of all, I had a broken wrist with a brace the first time I went in and she literally twisted my wrist so hard that I yelled and started crying. read more

She filed my real nails down so mush they got so thin they broke on the corners and she super glued it together then piled on the gel polish. Took my niece and she cut her. Then I had polish all over my cuticles and finger tips. Worst experience ever. Will definitely never go back. read more
