Here's the not so good: My technician was proficient but rough. When doing my cuticles she was pulling not cutting. My gel mani was applied quickly and not exactly clean. Biggest peeve, when manicurists use their nails to remove polish on my sick! Yuck. Use the nail stick with acetone, don't scrape my skin.
