A lot of times I go to salons and they only have 1000 shades of pink. Cynthia has lots of varieties of colors as well as foil fun and glitter! Just posted a picture of my pedicure. I have had multiple services done by Cynthia on various occasions. I always receive a gel pedicure. I highly recommend her pumpkin pedicure! It leaves your feet baby bottom smooth. what's even better is her gel pedicures last me 1.5-2months, there is growth of the nail but I have never had a chip. Went to the Nail Lab after reading positive reviews and I feel I owe it to the public and inform: Save your money and time. AVOID at ALL costs! I was charged $89.00 for a mani pedi that took over two and a half ours, the original request of pink and white could not be performed due to lack of supplies, when I questioned the price, I was told "extra filing" was needed? Give me a break! I then noticed that the manicure was awful, all the nails were different sizes and not filed so they were very sharp. I called and asked them to repair and correct and had to wait 35 minutes beyond my scheduled repair time. Again spending another hour and 20 minutes. Besides the posh attractive surroundings, I would certainly skip this one. read more

Had a pedicure at this salon based on excellent reviews. I can only think that the reviewers never experienced a fine pedicure. In an old, tiny room with two ancient chairs, there was no long-lasting polish available, no leg message, only a brief lotioning, and no toe nail drier. Being from Manhattan I've been to my share of nail salons. I can say without hesitation that Cynthia was by far the most professional, kind and talented technician I have met. She graciously changed my reservation schedule (I had previously scheduled online) and when I arrived early she accommodated my arrival. Her nail station was immaculate, her tools were new and her attention to detail was extraordinary. More than anything she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable , and even helped me pick out a new pattern and style of nail art I had never tried before.
