OK... I made it 63 years without doing a pedicure... that is... Until now.! This spa was so inviting, clean, and everyone that worked there was just a joy! The establishment is run by a Vietnamese family who take their jobs very seriously and do a fantastic job. Upon entering the salon, I was offered a glass of champagne, a mimosa or a glass of wine. Granted... It was 9:30 in the morning, but I figured... WTF. The young lady that took care of me, Anna, was absolutely top-notch from trimming my hooves to the foot bath, massage, an exfoliant peppermint scrub and taking out a cheese grater to get rid of my calluses. My feet look great again, and I cannot be more happy with the attention that I got at this spa! Thank you, to all for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back. read more

Came here to get 1 nail fix for gel-x, I sit down and I immediately see red flags. First, there was dirty barbicide sitting in a monomer glass with dirty drill bits on her desk. (As a licensed nail tech myself, I can tell that the barbicide has NOT been diluted the legal way.) next red flag was that the lady who removed the one nail I needed fixed drilled til my nails were bendy, brittle, and burning. Next red flag was after she filed my nails down, she did not put primer or dehydrator on my nail to make my nail properly adhere to the gel tip. When she applied the nail tip to my nail, she did not even use the appropriate extend gel, she used BASE GEL?!!? My nail was on FIRE. when the nail was adhered she left gel flooding all over my cuticles and sidewalls. NEXT red flag was, I asked for GEL-X which is a trademarked aprés brand and she put on some other kind nail tip on. Not only that, but the files they used were already used prior to me. Ultimately I had them remove the nail they put on me because I will not risk my nails health nor will I subject myself to any diseases or allergies going to this place.. These people have absolutely no clue what they're doing and need extensive training. If you want your nails done good or care about your health, do NOT go here. I suggest going to a private nail tech or suite. By far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. read more

The worst nail salon in Sarasota. I had my nails done and within a half day the polish peeled off.. Because it was the holidays I went back and had them touch it up. I think the polish was old in the bottle and the very next day it peeled again. I went back the old that owns it yelled at me. I will never go here again. It's terrible. First appointment of the day and the owners were late. My technician was late too. Funny, their automated system sent me a text advising me to be there 10 minutes before my appointment and they weren't even open. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes, with 2 other clients. Hence the 4 not 5 stars. The technician, Tracy did an overall great job, even though she was late too. I found it interesting that they asked me to pick a color from their sample collection and then she says she would try to come close to it. I got the sense they are in the process of changing gel lines. I brought a specific design I was hoping to get done, and Tracy did a great job of matching it. She is quick, artistic, and gentle. It was also nice sharing getting to know you conversation with her. Howard did my pedicure and it was so relaxing. He does give a nice strong massage which I prefer. He did say that if it was too hard to let him know. For me, it was on point. Prices are competitive and I valued the price that was quoted when I made the appointment was the price I paid. The first time I went in, I did not request anyone specific and ended up getting someone who was really trying to talk me into keep my long grown out nails even though I really wanted them to cut them down. thankfully, I stood up for myself enough times that he finally cut them down for me. After that experience, I was worried about going back but decided to read the reviews and request Tracy. I've gone back to her about three or four times now and she is amazing. There is no pushback on what you choose to do that day or what color, etc. Tracy is very sweet, meticulous when doing my nails, and easy to talk to. I will continue to go back to Tracy. read more

Who I can only imagine was the owner was walking around asking everyone if they had been there before, how they found out about them, and to leave a review on yelp. I heard him repeat himself 8 times before asking me. I was driving and running late afterwards and noticed that my right thumb finger didn't have a top coat. It was 95$. That's fine I'll do it myself. I've repeatedly put on a top coat and the gloss is clearly not the same. My ring finger has broken off less than two weeks later and my middle finger nail completely came off during work yesterday. Just glued it back on quickly. I decided to get my nails at TL while my car it's been repair. Lee was at the front to help deciding what I wanted. I had gone to Noire Nails to get a refill done and in less than 2 weeks 1 nail got fungus, I was really freaked out. He was very nice letting me know that can be fixed by removing all my acrylic and start from zero just to avoid more from the bad job I may have. After all I decided to get them all removed and wait to the fungus isaway. He was very kind and took a good time to do his job pretty carefully. We had a great conversation. The salon isn't anything extra ordinary when you walk in it's your typical looking nail salon nothing over the top but let me tell you I have never had my nails done so professionally so artistically than I have here. In all of my life getting my nails done this was exceptionally amazing! If movie stars had a nail salon they would come here because my nails are on point! Most of them were nice the person doing my nails also did my toes...my toenails are fine but WAYYY over priced my nails aren't good they are too thick and the application didn't go on good the nails are crooked and when I showed picture he also went for color wayyy brighter then what I wanted...he added a bunch of of sparkles and flakes that I did not want...I just paid for nails that are not at all what I wanted...disappointed...waste of money for something that should not be that expensive. read more

Absolutely Disgusted by the terrible customer service here. I Bought a gift card (or what i thought was a gift card) for my Mum for her birthday over the phone. The payment was made and the money withdrawn from my account. I was assured her name was in the system and that as she's a regular everything was set to go. I was never sent any confirmation or reciept but the money was still withdrawn. She went to go in and get a Pedicure in May and they have no record of this. The Owner Lee was incredibly rude to me on the phone as i tried to resolve the issue with proof of payment from my bank. He hung op on me several times and ultimately told me it was my fault and that my mother had already used the credit. She had not. This is not how small business' should run. If you're reading this please do not support a business that is ripping people off. I'm sure i am not the first. read more
