Tim did my gel pedicure and Kim did my French almond dip manicure. They both listened to every one of my requests and made it a fast, relaxing, enjoyable experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. The pricing was confusing from the beginning, and after my visit I can honestly say an $80 pedicure was nowhere near worth the cost. While the massage chairs were very comfortable, the customer service left me feeling unwelcome from start to finish. My friend was offered water or tea, but I wasn't offered anything. What concerned me even more was that the technician came to perform my pedicure wearing the same gloves she had just used during a waxing service. There was still wax and cotton stuck to her glove. When I pointed it out, she initially tried to ignore my concern. I had to insist before she finally changed her gloves, and she did so with a noticeable attitude. Basic hygiene should never be something a customer has to request. Things became even more uncomfortable when it was time to pay. I was first told my total was $88. When I questioned it, the technician quickly changed it to $77 without any explanation. That immediately made me question the pricing and whether I was being charged correctly. I was so disappointed with the service that I left only a $3 tip. When I asked for my receipt, it was handed to me crumpled up to the point that I could barely read it. Again, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff simply by asking for a receipt. As an African American woman with a darker complexion, I left feeling like I was treated differently than other customers. I can't say for certain that race was the reason, but it is genuinely how the experience made me feel. No customer should leave a business feeling unwelcome, dismissed, or concerned about whether they were charged fairly. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I won't be returning. I came in asking for a Gel-X new set, but the owner insisted on doing a builder gel refill instead and ignored me when I said no. She filed one of my nails completely crooked and when I pointed it out, she called me "difficult." During my change of gel polish for my toes, she did not take me to a chair for the service, she made me lift my leg awkwardly under the manicure table and applied some kind of gel remover directly on my skin without asking -- it caused an itchy allergic reaction. She wiped the gel remover off. I explained it was very uncomfortable for me to put my foot up through the table, she looked at me like I was so annoying. I felt bad so I told her I am not skinny, I am a big lady and it hurts, to which she giggled. It made me feel even more terrible. Back to my hands, she kept rushing, calling my fingers crocked and didn't prep the gel-x nails correctly. One nail was glued on at a 30-degree angle, and when I called it out, she just filed it back down and damaged my natural nail even more to replace that. I kindly asked for someone else as she began to speak Vietnamese around me annoyed of me. I finally told them to stop all of it and get me out. As soon as we came in for an appointment for me and my two daughters I asked the lady at check in how much are services were going to cost. She told me $100 for all 3 of us and asked if that was ok. I said yes and when I was getting my nails done the lady cut me twice and made me bleed. My daughter got a simple bow design on her nails and the nail tech had to bring in 2 people to finish it and even after using two people it was really bad. When we checked out there was 3 ladies hovering over the computer trying to figure out how much they were going to charge us. When we checked out she charged me $125 instead of $100 that she first told me. And we didn't change anything.They should at least have a pricing list or stick to what they quote you. Nikki at the Venetian does a 5 star job! The salon is clean calm and well sanitized. Booking online is simple and streamlined and walking in without an appointment is also acceptable though during busy hours there may be a bit of a wait. It's been 24 hours and my fingers are still sore and tender. Worst and most painful manicure of my life. This isn't my usual salon but i desperately needed to get my nails done before Monday and had run out of time over the weekend so i was looking on a Sunday afternoon and saw that this place was open. i called to see if they were available and they were! as soon as i walked in, i was greeted, i signed in, and they called me by my name during the visit. the manager was very kind and hospitable! tbh, i am VERY picky about my nails. I just believe if i'm paying so much for a service then the quality should match. and it did. i was impressed w the shape & the painting was about a 7.5/10. some nails had a "spill over" and it wasn't removed before drying but it's fine. i'm sure it'll come off in a day or two. service was great, less than an hour! i would definitely come back again. very beautiful salon! i hope they maintain the cleanliness and service bc it is a place with great potential! read more

Went many times and was never satisfied. I wrote a good review on google and took it down. Never received what I asked for, the owner told me I was too picky, and I had to be treated for a toe infection 48 hours after a pedicure. I had my powder dip removed after Emily did my dip. I had it removed two weeks after at another salon. They couldn't not get it off without difficulty. My nails were destroyed. Very disappointed and sad that I kept going back because they convinced me it was me and not them. Well, after an infection and split nails , it wasn't me. read more

Emily gave me a good gel manicure but it didn't last the full two weeks. I went back & saw someone else but got dip. The dip chipped off immediately which is very strange as this usually last longer than gel. I will not be returning. Their colors are also very limited and look old. read more

Gorgeous new nail spa at UTC! I got a volcano pedicure and it was $85. It was an hour long and very relaxing. The regular pedicure starts at $37 and goes up from there. Owner was super nice. read more
