I went super excited to get my pedicure ready to enjoy my birthday to only come out, upset, crying, and feeling insulted. The man who did my pedicure came up to me looking upset so I decided to make conversation as I always do. I'm a very cheerful person and a very social person. I even complimented his tattoos and smiled and said hello and all he said was OK. When he began on my toes he kept pushing and pulling my leg for my toes to lay down flat. (keep in mind even though I do acknowledge I have flat feet and unfortunately curved toes. I've never had a problem getting a pedicure.) now this man look frustrated with me even after I apologize multiple times. had my chair pushed up so close that I was in an uncomfortable position. He kept pushing my toes down and signing an anger and frustration. He kept pulling my toes and then getting upset with me when I would cramp up and moved because I couldn't stay in that position that he wanted. finally, after being in so much pain, I told him " I'm so sorry my toes just don't stay like that. This is really uncomfortable" with almost tears in my face, and instead of fixing his position and or hiring his chair he yelled at me, saying just look away, waving his arm at me upset. He said it's so loudly that a person sitting two chairs away from me. Tried to comfort me by saying mine tells me that all the time. I tried to stay still as possible so he wouldn't yell at me again. He only had the massage part left, and I thought to myself finally maybe a few minutes I can relax. He started my timer, then began to fix things on his cart with about two minutes left on the timer he began my massage, tapped my legs and said there. At that point I just wanted to leave. I asked him how much he pointed to the front and said pay up there and walked away. He made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable.
