Quality was terrible. Paid $60 for a gold chrome french tips. This is not worth $60. They refunded me, offered me to come back to fix it, why would I even bother to come back for this terrible work ? Got a same day appointment for a pedicure. Friendly greeting on arrival. Not busy on a Monday but only 4 people on duty. I did sit in the massage chair for 20 minutes before my treatment began. Competent technician. Her English was limited so we had no conversation. I have a pedicure every six weeks (well cared for feet are happy feet). I've used dozens of salons. This one was for luxury, quality of massage chair pretty much middle of the pack. Nothing bad, nothing great. I did think that the 20 minute session price of $40 was high compared to almost all others. My regular salon does a great pedicure for $25. Next year when visiting family in Palm Springs I'll go elsewhere. read more
