Got a same day appointment for a pedicure. Friendly greeting on arrival. Not busy on a Monday but only 4 people on duty. I did sit in the massage chair for 20 minutes before my treatment began. Competent technician. Her English was limited so we had no conversation. I have a pedicure every six weeks (well cared for feet are happy feet). I've used dozens of salons. This one was for luxury, quality of massage chair pretty much middle of the pack. Nothing bad, nothing great. I did think that the 20 minute session price of $40 was high compared to almost all others. My regular salon does a great pedicure for $25. Next year when visiting family in Palm Springs I'll go elsewhere. read more

She was extremely gentle in touch but focused on targeting all areas of my feet that needed extra attention. I felt like a million dollars when I walked out. I received prompt and excellent service at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. Vinh was my manicurist. He had exceptional attention to detail and a lovely disposition- complete professional. He started with a kind gesture by bringing me a water. He first asked if I would like my nails cut down and evened out- yes please! He maintained attention to detail throughout the service ensuring my nails were cut to the same length and that my cuticles were properly tidied up. The event was so relaxing I was able to rest my eyes without concern even before the hand massage began. After my manicure I was seated with a woman (I had trouble catching her name) and she too performed a beautiful service for my pedicure. I have often encountered pedicure service that felt unintentional, rushed or sloppy- that was NOT what I encountered here. She also asked if I wanted my nails shortened before she began cutting, she had a firm hand for her massage technique, and was intentional with her movements. I had a positive experience and would be happy to return to this business. read more
