Once we returned, it took a bit to get called back since they had some paperwork and setup to complete. You also text your tattoo artist directly with what you want, which made the process really smooth. Our tattoo artist, Alix, was extremely kind and welcoming. I was able to sit in the room along with another friend to watch the process, which was super cool. Each artist has a private room with a small couch and a few chairs, so it felt comfortable and relaxed. This was actually my first time in a tattoo shop, and it was fascinating to see how everything worked, the tools, the setup, and the overall attention to quality and detail. My friend was so happy with how her tattoo turned out, it looked amazing! The design came out super clean with a beautiful finish. The whole process only took about 30 minutes, and the total was $100, which is also their minimum price for tattoos. So just keep that in mind when planning your visit. I took my mom for a Full Set my best friend and myself. It was a little of a wait but what do expect when you come in at a busy time. But I love how they didn't turn us away instead they reassured the would be able to do all 3 of us and just asked to wait for a little bit. No problem!!! Christine took both me and my mom switching off doing both of our nails at the same time. She is a wonderful manicurist who made u feel welcome. My friend was with Charlie who was just as welcoming. No matter how many times I would change the color of what I wanted Christine was more than okay with it!! She would give me her opinion and actually saved me from getting a color I wanted but told me how it comes on completely different once it's on nails.... Thank you Christine!!! And the end of our visit what I loved most was when Christine's husband said, "if next time you do not have an appointment or are running late call us and even if it's getting time to close don't worry we will wait for you!!!!" I loved it because we normally get off of work at 5:30 almost 6 and to drive over is another 20 minuets. I just wanna say thank you everyone at Best City Nails especially Christine and Charlie!!!! Love love love this place & I would definitely recommend it. Close, convienent and clean. Everyone is so nice. I've been following Mai for a long time she's super sweet and very accommodating. Thank you to my girl Mindy for introducing me to powder dip it's been the best for me not to mention she's very fun and artistic too. Before I met her and I would always get a reg gel manicure and it would always chip. But now they're cute and last longer. I've waited a couple of weeks to write this review. Typically when I get my nails done at other nail salons my nails only last about a week before they start to lift or chip off (I always get gel manicure and regular pedicure). This place is amazing. I've had the same mani/padi for two weeks and it still looks great! The sweet lady with the glasses did my pedicure did the best job I ever had. My feet still feel soft and look great. I think my nails will last me about a month Ps that's picture is 2 weeks old. The salon is clean, friendly atmosphere and professional. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent salon. I live full time in Palm Desert, and a lot of locals like myself prefer . they offer a multitude of services, they have the best massage chairs in town plus . They have a huge wall of polishes to choose from with the latest colors. Chritine gives the best pink and white and pedi . The staff is friendly when I arrive. I've been coming here for over a year. Every single time I make an appointment, I have to wait 20-30 minutes. The owner, who is mean to her employees, doesn't care about locals, who will keep her business going during the summer months. She cares about walk-ins. I loved my regular girl but today was the last straw. Oh and if you want fake Channels or Fake Louis Vuitton bags, they are right behind her station for sale. read more

First, this is "The" Best City Nails, they had been in business for years. Sandy is great. They recently had their store remodeled with their "royal like" spa pedicure chairs. With a new Plasma TV that you can enjoy watching while you're waiting. Price is reasonable unless you're doing something extra. One lady showed up 40min late. They were not happy that they could no longer get the services they wanted. Really? Come on people, just apologize and come at the later time they offered or rebook your appointment. Also, let's see, common sense, maybe call to ask if it's ok to come late? Paul and Pearl are husband and wife. They work really hard so bookings are important.
