My hands stiffen very easily on their own, and most of the time I can't feel when it happens. When this has occurred in other nail salons, those nail techs communicated with me professionally, asking me to relax my hands with a kind tone. But the guy here at Luxury Nails 2 (I don't recall his name) was rude about it, and needs to take a course on customer service. Also, the pedicure I received from another technician was poorly done.
