She was kind, professional, and very attentive to detail. She explained each step of the service, which made the experience feel thoughtful and personalized. I also noticed how clean and organized everything was. All tools were individually packaged in sanitary envelopes, and single use items like nail files were properly discarded after use. Lucy checked in throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable, asking about massage pressure, towel temperature, and water temperature. It made a big difference. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I could see the staff actively cleaning and sanitizing their stations, which gave me a lot of confidence in their standards. I also appreciated that all add ons were clearly explained beforehand, so there were no surprises at checkout.
