I found my new favorite spot. I booked a last minute pedicure and they were able to get me in at exactly the time I needed, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a beverage, which immediately set the tone. My service provider, Lucy, was incredible. She was kind, professional, and very attentive to detail. She explained each step of the service, which made the experience feel thoughtful and personalized. I also noticed how clean and organized everything was. All tools were individually packaged in sanitary envelopes, and single use items like nail files were properly discarded after use. Lucy checked in throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable, asking about massage pressure, towel temperature, and water temperature. It made a big difference. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I could see the staff actively cleaning and sanitizing their stations, which gave me a lot of confidence in their standards. I also appreciated that all add ons were clearly explained beforehand, so there were no surprises at checkout. I had the pleasure of having Lucy as my nail technician. My appointment started off on a great note, and I especially enjoyed my pedicure. It was relaxing, thorough, and exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, my experience changed when it came to my manicure. After my 80-minute pedicure, everything felt very rushed. The gel polish was applied unevenly, with visible streaks, air bubbles, and an overall thick finish. I also requested an almond shape, but my nails weren't filed consistently and didn't resemble the shape I had asked for. Given all the amazing reviews, I was really looking forward to my visit, so this was a disappointing experience. I truly hope this was just an off day, as I had high expectations based on the salon's reputation. read more

I came here with my sister to get a last minute pedicure. I called ahead and booked us two pedicures. When we entered, I checked in and we were seated right away. We both asked for regular pedicures with gel. My nail technician was alright, I loved the gel color but, the massage was not great and he didn't cut my nails evenly. My sister's technician was nice but, she received an awful pedicure. The nail technician ended up cutting her because she was filing aggressively and even though she flinched a couple of times, the technician didn't seem to pay attention. She ended up bleeding from the cut. Also, her color pedicure was crooked. For spending $60 for the service, we definitely expected a better pedicure. The nail techs were nice but, the service was not the greatest. I'm not sure if I would come back. read more

First time at Casabella salon and I was so happy with my experience! My previous nail tech had moved so I was in search of a new salon and tech that was central in town with a clean salon and talented technicians. After looking around I came across Casabella and was impressed by the quality of nail art on their webpage and their online booking system. So convenient! I booked with Anndrew. The salon is in the same shopping center as the Reno Costco and a boba place a couple of shops over. I noticed a few of the women in the salon getting boba's delivered (bonus!). Upon entering, I immediately appreciated the softer lighting, which is very unlike most nail salons with bright flourescent lighting. It provided a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. The tile floors were beautiful and everything looked new and taken care of. I was greeted and asked to check in via tablet. I scanned the options for gel colors and there was definitely a vast assortment to choose from. I was seen about 15 min past my appointment time, but I was not in a rush and was pleasantly greeted and taken care of by Anndrew. He managed to remove my existing old nails at my request and do a beautiful pink and white ombre all within an hour! I was very impressed with his attention to detail, friendliness and his efficiency. My nails turned out beautiful - I will definitely be coming back and am so glad I found a new nail spot in town! read more

The quality down to the attention to detail is beyond. I wish this place was closer to me, they really go out of their way to attend to your needs and they also keep you hydrated. Andrew did his thing--and now no one else is allowed to touch my nails. I came in with nails that were in total shreds, and he transformed them into soft, feminine perfection. The color he created was spot on--I showed him my rose pink Starbucks cup and asked if he could match it... and he nailed it. Literally. His eye for tone and detail is impeccable, and the pedicure? I've had several good manicures here! But then and a couple of problematic ones (the last two), so I think I'll just start coming for pedicures on occasion instead of all the time. I got a full set last month that looked great, but they accidentally left overflow that hurt a couple of fingers, so I came in a week earlier than usual for a fill. They offered my just five dollars off regarding the issue, which felt insignificant, and the fill looks like i have erasers at the end of each finger! I think it's hard to find good manicurists in Reno, most of the techs here do a good job though. read more

They treated my girls like royalty, taking their time to make sure they enjoyed their mani/pedi! All of our nails came out great, some could have had the color closer to the edge and my youngest pinky toe came off within 24 hrs and it was gel but she may have picked at it. There were unfortunately a few things wrong with this place. The place is dirty and cluttered. The floors are dusty and there is lots of nail clippings and debris around the pedicure bowls. While starting my pedicure, the tech removed my polish and clipped my nails and she left to go start another girls pedicure. I watched her walk over to her and start on her toes without changing her gloves then proceed to come back to me with the same gloves and continue my pedicure. Incredibly unhygienic and against Nevada Cosmo regulations due to creating an environment where fungus can spread. While she began shaping my nails, she started trying to dig out an ingrown toenail (also against NV Cosmo Reg). I told her to stop once I realized but she already took a big clipping away making the shape of my toenail more round which isn't what I asked for. Then she brought out a cheese grater callus remover which is also against NV Cosmo Regulation. She didn't do any cuticle work besides e filing over it and painted gel right on top of left over cuticle. So we will see how long the polish last. Not to mention the whole time I felt like she was racing to finish my service. This service was $60, not cheap. I originally booked for a more expensive service with hot stones, but thankfully she didn't care to ask what pedicure I wanted. I will not be coming here again. read more

I made an appointment for 2 pedis. We arrived on time. They had us sit in the pedi stations. We waited for 1/2 hour past our appointment time before we got up to leave. During this time they didn't apologize for having us wait. The only time they acknowledge us was when we got up to leave stating that they would be helping us within 5 to 10 minutes, which would've made it 40 to 45 minutes past our appointment time. This was not the first time this has happened but I figured I'd give them another chance which they failed one too many times. Why set up an appointment system if you're not gonna honor it? I'm sad because I've been coming here for a while now but just recently it's gone downhill with the customer service. read more
